- Well we all knew it was only a matter of time before we put some mods on our little Z125 Pro's! So far we've only done a few things, but plan on doing some more performance parts here soon that will have it better suited for racing these little beasts! Stay tuned! =)

39 years of riding has taught me one thing about mirrors. Leave the stock, both of them. My mirrors have saved my life several times, rinky dink bar end mirrors don’t cut it
I have a 2017 z125 pro and I love it. I've had it since new. It puts a smile on my face everytime I ride it.
TST really does make the best mod parts. Intergraded taillight, fender eliminate, flasher relay, shorty levers, etc.. on my ZX6R were all a breeze to install. The little Z's are looking great!

Best mods I’ve done are tires and gearing. Tires are Kenda kd1’s. They feel like going from all seasons to track tires and have increased my cornering confidence 10 fold as well as much better braking. The gearing has helped me get to top speed much faster without any noticeable top end loss. 40-60mph feels much faster. Climbs hills with less loss of momentum.
Right on! Changed tires to the kenda kd1's and love them. what gearing did you go with btw? I have 2 13t front sprockets I've been thinking about changing to, or I could change the rear, what are your thoughts??

My lowest mpg 68, my highest 126, i kill engines at lights i know the timing of, and my bike has mods so even then, does ok on fuel economy. I am 5 10, 230lbs, and i custom made a bike bags thingy for side bags.
I stunt my z125. I love the klx110 bars. I also have a ransoto Amazon exhaust and I have a MNNTHBX HD clutch kit along with PSD chain adjusters. There's really not a lot of mods to do they come pretty much how you'd like them to unlike the grom where you usually run a upgraded cam and ecu to go more than 60 or even get some torque.
Nice! I appreciate the insight, and I agree out of the box I think they’re better setup than the grom, especially for what we’re going to use them for 👍🏻
Do you have a tuner on the bikes? Just curious if I would need a tuner if i only swap out the exhaust

Thank you My lady and I now found ❤the perfect bike for are needs we were looking at the rear shock interesting. But we are sold now find them and figure out a way even just for 1 To start. We can take it up into are trails I am interested in if the front fender can be adjusted for Enduro tires ? Maybe yes? We love the front dash also. Thanks again and Peace.
Hey Tommy, you can definitely take these bikes out on trails, A lot of people put knobbie tires on them and will remove the front fender for heavy offroad, it's basically a dirtbike engine with some fairings so it's definitely capable

You guys should try hawk 250s. 1400 dollars brand new great off road got me the steepest hill climbs. And theyre street legal. Kick start an electric start. Awesome if your not serious about riding but wanna get out there im the middle of no where itll take you there

Looking at this bike or a Grom for a beginner track bike at my local track days. Would you recommend this or the Grom? I’m looking to do exhaust, tires, ecu, and intake as well.
You really can't go wrong with either one, the Z125 has much better stock suspension and ergonomics though IMO
Can you do a video on how to install the flush mount rear lights and the flush mount front flashers

I've had bikes small and big and my 2017 kawasaki z 125pro has to be far the funnest I've ever owned.
They are a blast! My wife still has hers, I'm looking for another one right now actually lol
so no tune done with aftermarket exhaust ( airbox mod ? )
No, they are running fine without a tune, you really don't need a tune unless you do an airbox mod or other mods such as big bore
Why does her look so much more huskier / better than yours in terms of size?
Has anyone ever gotten them to go actually 65 (level) with no engine displacement changes, no turbo, just sprocket/tire, intak, exhaust, tuning , bidy shape? Mine has intake, full rs2 exhaust, bazzaz, stock gear, stock tire diameter (despite bigger tires), and it struggles to redline in top on level road, meaning, someting like 62-63 mph, verified to gps and logic (speedo are off by a fixed amount). If I were to change the little sprocket to 15T, i think sure on declines i would be able to exceed 65mph, but anygradient uphill then youre worse off then if u just get 14T, and reality in hilly n mountainous area is ull cause road rage. So....my question and desire remains

We had them for about a year and ended up selling them and got 2 Honda crf250f dirtbikes, I do miss the little Z's though, they were fun!

I believe they are Ride It levers
What tires do you have? Front and Rear?
Right now they are the stock tires, switching to the Kenda KD1's and doing an install and review here soon :)
@@SALTxTHExWOUND you do know that Kenda just put out the KD2's already ? ( slightly more price wise but definitely better for those trackdays your into ) KD's are getting out of stock everywhere too...
