Likewise picked up a used 2021 with 100 miles! Super excited took it for a ride last night but this video helped me smooth the gears out. Thank you
same I keep stalling when I'm in first gear not sure why :(

Great Vid Man! I wanna get into riding and I've been looking at these but I'm 6'2 and like 220. IDK if I would go to fast on a z125 :) My friend just got a sv650 and he's like 5'6 5'7. I wanna get into riding but idk where I would store it cuz I still live with my parents and they wouldn't approve
Yeah bro the weight wouldn’t be too crazy but at 6’2 you might feel a bit cramped on it. Im 5’11 and it gets tiring after a while. Sv650 would be a good pick. If you don’t want to break the bank you could go z400 or an MT

Okay so say the speed limit is 70. And I am going 60 since it’s basically the same speed other cars are going, but if I want to have a little fun and speed past all the cars what do I do when I want to slow back down to get back to the same speed as the other cars? Sorry if it doesn’t make sense
You just have to let off the throttle a bit

Are you hitting the cluth down every time to go 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc?
One Downshift from Neutral to 1st. Up shift from 1-4. Down every time I want to drop a gear
@@swellybeatz oh ok. so... out the gate.... down... then as i'm picking up speed... up to 2nd, 3rd, 4th..... then say a light turns red..... hold the clutch and hit it down 3 times while i'm holding the clutch to be ready at the light to turn green in 1st gear?

Yup perfect. As you get comfortable with the gearing you learn to also rev match for a smooth transition between gears

Not sure, it was a gift but it’s a mount made for bicycles

Unsure of the brand. Was a random mount given to me. But it is a regular bicycle mount

I love everything about the bike... Only weird thing is that the clutch is looong af. It don't start grabbing til that bitch almost fully stendo'ed. I'll get used to it tho

i heard you can't slowly release the clutch and cruise in 1st...is that true?
You can cruise in 1st once your in gear no problem. You can also coast like you’re in neutral if you pull and hold the clutch to disengage the gear.
