I'm still working on figuring out what my fitness goals etc look like without relying on numbers or trackers. I'm sure I'll figure it out when I'm ready to start adding intentional movement back into my life again.
Since I'm no longer having hot tea every morning, I decided to take the smart plug I got to automate starting my water kettle out of the kitchen and plug it into my room. So, now, I can have my Christmas lights turn on in my room via voice command. It's a little thing, but it means I'm more likely to use them (The coziness of relaxing in bed with a book and twinkling lights is kind of ruined when you have to get up to unplug the lights).
