Awesome piece of kit! Love it! You can have tons of fun in that thing! So yes, I'd love to see more of that thing, especially when you're out and about having some fun with that thing!
What a wicked little mechanical beast! Love the colour! Glad it was an easy fix! Thanks for the ride! WeeeEEEeeeEeeeee... OoooOOOOoo there's Red! WeeEEEeee OoooOOOOoo the tank truck! WeeeEEEeee!😅😂😂 I probably sound like tgat insurance commercial with the pig!😂😂
Awesome job big smile when all those bits fell out of that clutch ...never seen 1 of those race ...luv the content bring it on always good to mix it up a bit ...plus it's fixing something different which is always nice to see thks keep up the good work..
Ezra, Without a doubt, You are the coolest cat I never met! Whenever I am working on anything and I run into a problem I always think, "WWED", What would Ezra do! and a good thought comes to mind! I wish I lived closer to you. I would buy the Pizza and Beer just to hang around and get the motivation to fix my own stuff! Thanks, Brother!
I can well imagine that was a bit of a handful locking up at 70 mph! I can well imagine that you could have some serious fun in that small but powerful beast especially if conditions were somewhat slippery!!! 😄 Dan
Ezra, you have to be one of the hardest working, most competent people on the planet. I hope you find time to have some kids, you need to pass these skills and passions down 🏁🇺🇲 👊🇬🇧.
Ezrider a quick way to check welds like this is to get some marking chalk and mix it with a little water paint it on one side and then put penetrating oil on the other .loved the ride along
When I saw this on your Facebook I was for sure hoping to see more of the hobby side of the shop. Yes truck content is great but your legends car and Toyota all deserve some loving on the channel
the axle swap on the toyota will be a video as well i just haven't edited that one yet, there's quite a bit of footage on that one to go threw so iv been putting it off...lol
Fun video Ezra. I had a friend that ran legend cars back in the days. I’m assuming a different class because he was running Suzuki 750 engines. I’ve been a Motorcycle Technician all my life so I help them work on them a few times but never knew much about the racing series itself.
I bet that is a blast to autocross. Are the courses out there more wide open? I used to go to ones in shopping center parking lots and they were small and not high speed at all.
Fastest parts of the course were typically hitting top speeds around 65-70 if you have a high power to weight ratio. There put in Tighter areas as well too trip you up. They try to design the courses to be good for both the high horsepower stuff and the miatas. The guys that run our region are pretty good. If you show up early you can help setup the course you can influence the course layout as well...lol
Hey man thanks for your vids on Mack trucks theyve helped me a ton. Have question. i have a 98 ch613 E7 460. Recently had gauge panel out after i put back in truck would not shut off. Replaced relay worked fine for 3 key turns then no shut off again. replaced ignition worked couple times went back to not shutting off unless i pull main relay. So i replaced all 70amp relays on passenger side and it worked probably 10 to 15 cycles. THought i fixed it. put went to bolt gauge panel and boom back to not shutting off. Originally had gauge panel off to blow oil pressure line out. no open wires i can see. Fully electrical engine not Mechanical. Doesnt seem like it would be fuel shutoff selinoid right? Any ideas man? where is the seloid located? Thank you any help would be great sir.
@Ezrider359 hell yeah to more videos! That looks like so much fun to drive, help mount the camera to say way and maybe you could do some racing videos that would be pretty cool too. Don't get me wrong I love big red but I also like racing as well. Question are they really expensive to rebuild and maintain? I definitely got to look for one of these to buy
looks like it uses the Yamaha XJR engine, rode a 1300 bike for ten years. Barrnet clutch conversion by the looks. Standard diaphragm clutch on the xjr is a bit on the weak side, some folk fit two springs is the engine has had any power mods.
Yeah the donor for this engine is a fjr1200. The newer cars run the fz09 engine supposed to be comparable power but 3 cyl fuel injected and water cooled. Biggest difference on the 1200 from the bike version is they add a extra oil feed to the top end a better ignition system and rev them out to 11,000 rpm.
People love your NO BS videos get it done and straight video from a realist who shows the common. Smart repair
We need more mechanics like this. 👍
Awesome piece of kit! Love it! You can have tons of fun in that thing! So yes, I'd love to see more of that thing, especially when you're out and about having some fun with that thing!
