I think the bad batch has really good highs but really bad lows so overall those sort of drag down to just an ok show however S2 Ep12 The outpost is one one of my favourite episodes of tv ever!
3:29 Neel from Skeletom Crew is one of the best characters that Disney Star Wars has created. The episode where he throws a rock at SM-33 as a last ditch effort, with no real plan but just a desperate action to help people in trouble, then instantly realising he had no followup and seeing him basically freeze in fear, that had me straight up on the edge of my seat and I absolutely fell in love with him. Proper hero in the making, I REALLY hope we see more of him as he grows, I can see him having a similar growth to Ahsoka, from her first appearance where she was intentionally written to be annoying, growing to who she is now as SO many people’s favourite character in the whole Star Wars universe
When it comes to animated Star Wars shows, the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch, and Tales of the Jedi will always be the best ones here. But for live action ones, yeah, the Mandolorian and Andor are the best, but Ahsoka was pretty good.
I thought of a boba fett series set after revenge of the Sith where boba learns about his father, captures a Jedi and fights cad bane. In season 2 he will be hired by Darth Vader to hunt mace Windu and we will see his rivalry with Han Solo. Is that too much?
I haven't watched Skeleton Crew, Visions, Resistance... And honestly, I've not seen large chunks of many of these shows eithers. Like the Acolyte. Only watched a tidbit to see for myself what it was like. I don't have/make as much time for star wars anymore. I want to write my own stories and those take up space in my head. And when Star Wars keeps generally not delivering... I kind of partially have to let it go. 11. The Acolyte: Just horrible, canon breaking, crap writing and all that jazz. 10. Book of Boba Fett: I at least found some semblance of joy here. Even though those weren't the actual Boba episodes. I saw a video on a completely different kind of premise for this show and that was such a good one. How to ruin a Boba from the closer look. You should definitely watch that video. Basically, it delves into Boba's trauma of losing Jango and his hate for the Jedi. And he takes on a bounty others don't dare to take it (which is Ahsoka). And they eventually start to work together and build a connection gradually and Boba starts to learn how to love people again without the fear of losing them like he did with Jango. He would've been an active character this way. In the actual show he went from 'No disintegrations' to this (goof)ball of floof. I think Boba could become a genuinely caring person. But he'd express it in a more violent, hands on way. 9. Kenobi: This show _does_ deserve the hate it gets, hate to break it to you. Disney literally had two of the most important star wars characters at their disposal and yet the show is just painful mediocrity. The actual Vader and Kenobi moments were good. Not as good as we had them in the prequels or originals, but good. This show just never should've been the way it was. This should have been the Star Wars show to beat out all the other Star Wars shows but it wasn't. Reva and Leia just mostly feel shoehorned in. I would've loved a much smaller scale story. Just purely about Obi-Wan actually sticking on Tatooine, wallowing in his misery and then trying to overcome that. What could've been. 8. Tales of the Empire: Pretty solid. Morgan Elsbeth isn't really that interesting of a character, but getting to see more of the Grievous massacre and seeing the first steps with her and Thrawn was cool. Barriss, I was more excited to see more of. She was pretty decent. I get that she would become an inquisitor. And I get that she would leave them. She's an idealist, not a dark sider full stop. Still, the turn back to the light felt a bit off to me and I can't exactly pinpoint what it was. 7. Ahsoka: Unlike most live action shows, this one was mediocre to decent. Not great (we still have ineffective lightsabers and Sabine being a Jedi all a sudden just... she's fine being a Mandalorian). But pretty decent. Some solid casting, I think. Ezra, Baylan Skoll. Thrawn was pretty good to watch but he's not as intimidating as he can be. Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati seemed pretty interesting but I feel like we didn't get enough breadcrumbs in the first season to really feel satisfied with their characters. Seeing Hayden and Ahsoka was pretty good. It's not peak star wars, as some have said... But pretty good. 6. Bad Batch: I kind of like the show. It hits when it hits. And I honestly mostly skipped the filler episodes, so it generally did hit pretty well. Though, the show did suffer a large chunk where the Crosshair POV was just a lot more interesting than the rest of the Bad Batch. But seriously though... The Outpost episode in the 2nd season... wow. Bracca in the first season. Seeing Palpatine in the Senate, Tech's death. Hemlock. This show wasn't that afraid to get on the darker side, as long as it was mixed up with filler... Omega is overhated in my opinion. She's the cliché child who gets the rest in trouble, but I find her really endearing. Especially at the very start, where she constantly copied Hunter and wowed when she saw dirt. Crosshair starting to twitch, as a sniper... That was interesting stuff. And he lost his hand, but alongside it... He got relieved of the burdens. A crime of this show... Why did they bring Ventress back for one basically useless episode. I'd rather they hadn't retcon Dark Disciple. 5. Tales of the Jedi: Quite a bit better than Empire, I'd say. Of course, the meat and potatoes is Dooku here. But Ahsoka's episode, besides the first one (which was pointless... and having filler in a six episode show is kind of hard to forgive). Anakin training her was great. But yeah, Dooku steals the show. He was done really well. 4. Rebels: It took a while to get the ball rolling. The art style... still not a big fan. And it's definitely more focused on kids than the other animated shows. But it's alright. Some of the highs are really high. Granted, many of those highs are because of continuations of clone wars storylines (Ahsoka and Vader, Maul and Obi-Wan)... But it was good. 3. Mandalorian. I pondered on putting this show lower and I just might... Even the first few seasons... They were good, but it wasn't really my type of show. It was good but not much else to me, so I might actually put it in fifth place. I did like the show initally just being an isolated thing. And the simple premise and key relationship of Din Djarin and Grogu just works. If only Disney had dared commit to their separation... I think the show started to become too involved with the galaxy at large. I don't think it suits the show. 2. Andor: Could be in first... But there's only one season as of yet. A consistently great and criminally overlooked one... but still just one season. Need I honestly say more? Probably some of, if not the best writing in a star wars story. And this sense of realism... I loved it. And that's coming from a person who generally loves the force aspects the most in star wars. Can't wait for season 2. Please take all the time this show needs and don't pressure it with deadlines. 1. Clone Wars: Some kind of meh lows. But some/a lot of Star Wars' highest highs. So many great arcs. So many great characters, new and old. It offered so much more depth to this era. Painted the Clones as fully realised characters and victims. Gave us Ahsoka, Ventress, Rex, Satine, Cad Bane and a lot of depth to Maul, Obi-Wan, Anakin, Dooku and a lot more. Genuinely one of my few gripes with the show (apart from the more kiddy focused episodes) is that Grievous is pretty meh. He has so much more to offer. Tales of tbe Separatists, anyone? With Grievous' backstory being adapted to TV?
I generally agree. Thank you for being respectful with your opinions and overall just making a thought filled and entertaining video! We need more respectful creators like you!
Even though The Acolyte wasn’t a strong show, it needs a second season to expand more on the story because the first one felt more of a starter season. Hopefully they can un-cancel it.
You joking right cuz that show was just mocking of star wars the director even said she thinks r2 d2 is a lesbian (literally search this up it's both funny and makes you wonder how tf did she get to direct) Plus it only relies on cameos to make people watch
I don’t know about a second season, I feel like the show definitely had potential with the story set up, as long as it got better writers. I would like to know what happened at the very least, even if it’s just a single line in some upcoming project.
Really agree with most of this, ahsoka take is based. Really stupid moments and didn’t like Sabine much, but loved baylan skoll and the beautiful designs of the worlds it’s set in. Cw and Andor on top is objectively correct
1. _Andor_ 2. _Ahsoka_ 3. _The Mandalorian_ 4. _Skeleton Crew_ 5. _Obi-Wan Kenobi_ 6. _The Book of Boba Fett_ (I haven't finished _The Acolyte_ yet, only seen a few episodes of _The Bad Batch_ and haven't seen any episodes of _The Clone Wars_ (apart from the film) or _Tales of the Jedi/Empire_ )
I think that my tastes in shows and movies are 99% the same with vetz, and after watching for so long I’ve finally found that 1% being the bad batch. The show is amazing and yes omegas annoying, but his main complaint was filler, and comparing this to the clone wars it feels identical. It’s like saying season 7 of the clone wars was bad because of all the filler, no, it fills out the world and makes the highs even better. Like the commander Cody arc and the snow planet with crosshair may be some of the best Star Wars to date.
My list: 1. Clone Wars 2. Rebels 3. Bad Batch 4. Andor 4.5. '03 Clone Wars 5. Ahsoka 6. Mandalorian 7/8. Tales of the Jedi/Empire 9. Skeleton Crew 9.5. Visions 10. Kenobi 11. Acolyte 12. Book of Boba Fett 13. Resistance Edit: there is a sizable gap between 9 & 10 for me, I like Skeleton Crew quite a bit, but found Kenobi kinda boring and inconsistent with Ewans character. I haven't finished Acolyte, which is pretty much all you need to know about that one. It's not bad, I don't think it's "woke" like some people, it's just very uninteresting, it doesn't make me want more. Visions falls right in the middle of 9 & 10, it has some really amazing episodes, and others are absolutely stinkers that shouldn't have gotten funding. That whole Tatooine Rhapsody episode was HOT GARBAGE. Still hope we get season 3, but with more of the cool stuff I havent watched Droids, Ewoks, or the other classic shows. Visions and OG Clone Wars are at .5 spots so that you can easily disregard them.
12. The Book of Boba Fett 11. The Acolyte 10. Kenobi 9. Tales of the Empire 8. Ahsoka 7. Skeleton Crew 6. The Bad Batch 5. Tales of the Jedi 4. Rebels 3. The Mandalorian 2. Andor 1. Clone Wars For me there’s a gap between 10 and 9, but I honestly don’t strongly dislike any of the shows. I kinda liked what they were doing at first in BOBF with Boba learning the Tusken way, but making him more or less soft and then throwing two episodes of an entirely different show in because there wasn’t enough of a compelling storyline totally dampened any type of staying power the show could’ve had. I didn’t have much of any problems with the base premise of the Acolyte, and thought the action was really good. The Stranger is phenomenal. Some of the acting (Amandla Stenberg) isn’t up to par, and certain parts of the storyline didn’t sit right with me, but honestly the show was fairly entertaining. Kenobi hurts me because Obi-Wan is my favorite Star Wars character, and they really butchered the show by having a chunk of it focus on kid Leia (Vivien Blair did a great job) and not utilizing the Grand Inquisitor/The Path as much as they could’ve. Also not a big fan of the shaky cam. Everything else ranges from pretty solid to phenomenal. I didn’t like TOTE as much as TOTJ, so it’s a bit further down on my list, but 9-5 are all close. I was pleasantly surprised by Skeleton Crew. I’m pretty much in full agreement with you on my top 3. The Mandalorian was pretty much peak in the first two seasons, and then fell off in season 3 (despite some good moments). I go back and forth on TCW and Andor for my top spot. Andor’s writing and story in general is the best Star Wars has ever been. But there’s just something about the Clone Wars - probably a bit of nostalgia, but man they absolutely nailed it with the ending of the show. It’s also amazing how they gave further depth to Anakin’s character, and filled in the gaps from the prequels to make him not only more relatable, but so much more enjoyable as well. And then of course the deep dive into the humanity of the clones made for some of the most emotional SW moments we’ve ever seen
Somebody forgot about Resistance. I was so worried you were putting it in No.1, but nope, just not in the list. Also Visions not on here, but that's more understandable
Andor Mandalorian (3 was pretty weak, still alright) Obi-won Kenobi was okay Ahsoka, I didn’t finish the show - it’s plot revolved around finding these characters who I haven’t even heard of before so I had no clue what was going on Boba Fett was pretty bad to be honest They’re all the ones that I’ve seen
I agree with most of this. I haven't seen some of the new shows. I had the same reaction to rebels, so glad I stuck with it. I thought the mandalorin season 3 was really great. Based on what I have seen my list is: #1 clone wars (like you said the highs are just so great.) #2 Andor (phenomenal acting and story, you get that star wars feel, so beautifully shot too.) #3 Mandalorian (season 1&2 just feels so much like a space western, season 3 was a different style but I liked it a lot and thought the show has had a consistent quality overall.) #4 Rebels (so glad I stuck with it, I love how it dives into the deep lore of the Star wars universe.) #5 Kenobi (I really liked this show, but I do think it should have been a movie.) #6 The book of boba Fett (I enjoyed it for what it was, but I acknowledge what makes it bad. I love Ming-Na Wen.) #7 the bad batch (I've only seen the first half of season 1 so I'm not the best judge. I remember it being kind of slow and boring.) I haven't seen the other shows. I wish they would make a series set shortly before the sequel trilogy or more from before the prequels. Would love to see a show about Qui Gon, animate it and bring in Liam Neason to do voice over.
Oh the bad batch is so fucking good, if you continue with it you’ll witness peak. Season 2 has to be the best and if your on the edge, just watch the Commander cody episode, it’s not too connected with the main story but it’s some of the best Star Wars out there.
Obi Wan deserves to be ranked last until the end of time, I would have done 100% better without any filmmaking experience. It really is the biggest piece of dog shit and such a disrespect to my favorite character as an installment. I can provide arguments for that.
1:19 The fact that bro went and left the acolyte without being biased against all the woke sht that was in that trashcan, just seeing it for what it is. Is just respectful (ik I definitely didnt do that)
5:09 thrawn was great. Nah. F**k that Read the novels (or even just watch rebels) and you’ll know how he’s supposed to be. Not whatever the f**k Ahsoka thought he was
Kenobi higher than skeleton crew and bad batch is outrageous. It literally ruined his character and also wasted my fucking time. By the time it ended i was rooting for reva to die but she NEVER, DID... Ewan McGregor and hayden carried it... Atleast u didnt put andor in 10.. but still.
I think it’s really a toss up between clone wars and Andor. Like Clone wars obviously has so much peak, but god there are some agonising boring episodes
Acolyte destroys lore. Anakin the first of his kind. And the whole thing is meant to be vague. Leslie headland just wanted to prove that women did it first. Do you know how insulting it is to take an I.P that someone(George Lucas) worked hard to make and then impose your own ideas that doesn't align with the creators own in their franchise. Nobody believed in star wars when George and his team were making the film. He worked his butt off to make these films work and then some privileged woman came and insert her own garbage into it. "The jedi are evil but the sith are good even if they are much more evil than the jedi"🙄. And then she even said it's "misogyny" for her to wait for the creator of the show to approve somethings before filming. The same creator who suffered to bring the films to life and the same creator whose films gave her the opportunity to create her own show? Acolyte is a tumor to the star wars franchise.
How on God's green earth is Ahsoka #5? That show was a laughing stock from start to finish. The choreography is garbage, the acting is hard to watch, the characters are nothing whatsoever like how they were, and it ruined so many characters while breaking so many canon rules. But it's Dave directing, so obviously it has to be perfect
12: The Acolyte 11: Kenobi 10: Book of Boba Fett 9: Tales of The Empire 8: Ahsoka 7: Skeleton Crew 6: Tales of The Jedi 5: Clone Wars 4: Andor 3: Rebels 2: The Mandalorian 1: The Bad Batch
1. The Mandalorian 2. Clone Wars 3. Tales of the Jedi 4. Obi Wan 5. The Bad Batch 6. Andor 7. Book of Boba Fett 8. Ahsoka 9. Rebels 10. Acolyte Haven’t seen Skeleton Crew yet
Pretty solid, for me it goes 13) The Acolyte 12) The Book of Boba Fett 11) Resistance 10) Ahsoka 9) The Bad Batch 8) Tales of the Jedi 7) Tales of the Empire 6) Rebels 5) Obi-Wan Kenobi 4) Skeleton Crew 3) The Mandalorian 2) Andor 1) The Clone Wars
My favourite Star Wars tv show Acolyte 10/10 Book of boba fett 10/10 Bad batch 10/10 Clone Wars 10/10 Rebels 10/10 Skeleton crew 10/10 Ashoka 10/10 Obi wan Kenobi 10/10 Andor 10/10 Mandalorian (all 3 seasons 10/10) And for my favourite Star Wars movies Rise of skywalker 10/10 Return of the Jedi 10/10 Revenge of the sith 10/10
Book of boba fett had to be more like an mafia show where he takes all the other catals out
The Bad Batch S2 and 3 were really good Bro
“Lets go to this planet. Oh no a giant monster. Oh no omeeega got captured again. Oh no a completely useless side quest that goes absolutely nowhere.”
I think the bad batch has really good highs but really bad lows so overall those sort of drag down to just an ok show however S2 Ep12 The outpost is one one of my favourite episodes of tv ever!
Besides being majority filler, my bone to pick with bad batch is neutering Clone Commandos
I have problems with The Bad Batch, but it being 10th is insane. Also above Ashoka?
ong bro.
I’m so shocked he put Ashoka so high above Skeleton Crew and Bad Batch, I’m kinda shocked
@@ryanforster3017 ikr ?!?! i would have put the bad batch above ahsoka and skeleton crew
Peope hate on Ashoka to much it was an amazing show and I hope for a season 2
Honestly Skeleton Crew should be much higher. Best Star Wars thing in a long time
Book of boba behind acolyte is crazy
NO WAY BRO PUT MY SKELETON CREW AT 9
Yes its top 6
Pretty valid l
Bro, my friend is neel in skeleton crew

Um rebels is fantastic you tweaking
@TheBatmanIsPeak Look, I know Rebels was great too, but I just don't care for it as much.
I thought the Mandalorian and Obi Wan were the best live action tbh
Rest in Peace Ray Stevenson🕊👑🕊
I love how we all just pretend Resistance and Visions don't exist lol
Visions was cool, but clearly shouldn't be lumped in with the rest. And Resistance is TOTAL CRAP. Couldn't even finish it
The first season of Visions was actually really good, the second was kinda trash though
@zer0_iz_d34d the second season had Aardman and Cartoon Saloon.
Skeleton crew being that low is criminal
Everyone always forget about the 2003 Clone Wars Micro Serie. Also the show Ewoks and Droids.
Sadly those are not Canon anymore.
I thought of a boba fett series set after revenge of the Sith where boba learns about his father, captures a Jedi and fights cad bane. In season 2 he will be hired by Darth Vader to hunt mace Windu and we will see his rivalry with Han Solo. Is that too much?

Also didn't list the Lego series for obvious reasons
I love how everyone including me already knew TCW was #1
4:28 I think tales of the empire should have been called another way because it doesn’t really focus on the empire
As the number 1 The Acolyte defender, it not getting last had me cheering!
12. The Book of Boba Fett
11. The Acolyte
10. Kenobi
9. Tales of the Empire
8. Ahsoka
7. Skeleton Crew
6. The Bad Batch
5. Tales of the Jedi
4. Rebels
3. The Mandalorian
2. Andor
1. Clone Wars
For me there’s a gap between 10 and 9, but I honestly don’t strongly dislike any of the shows.
This is a video for the ages!
I thought the acolyte would be last tho…
The Acolyte is overhated.
Bad batch at 10th is crazy
Somebody forgot about Resistance. I was so worried you were putting it in No.1, but nope, just not in the list.
Also Visions not on here, but that's more understandable
The bad batch peaked at ep 1
We all agree lee jung-jay was the only good part of the acolyte right?
Andor
Mandalorian (3 was pretty weak, still alright)
Obi-won Kenobi was okay
Ahsoka, I didn’t finish the show - it’s plot revolved around finding these characters who I haven’t even heard of before so I had no clue what was going on
Boba Fett was pretty bad to be honest
They’re all the ones that I’ve seen
I love how we don't talk about Star Wars Resistance. Lol.
Never let bro rank again
I agree with most of this. I haven't seen some of the new shows. I had the same reaction to rebels, so glad I stuck with it.
I thought the mandalorin season 3 was really great.
Based on what I have seen my list is:
#1 clone wars (like you said the highs are just so great.)
#2 Andor (phenomenal acting and story, you get that star wars feel, so beautifully shot too.)
#3 Mandalorian (season 1&2 just feels so much like a space western, season 3 was a different style but I liked it a lot and thought the show has had a consistent quality overall.)
#4 Rebels (so glad I stuck with it, I love how it dives into the deep lore of the Star wars universe.)
#5 Kenobi (I really liked this show, but I do think it should have been a movie.)
#6 The book of boba Fett (I enjoyed it for what it was, but I acknowledge what makes it bad. I love Ming-Na Wen.)
#7 the bad batch (I've only seen the first half of season 1 so I'm not the best judge. I remember it being kind of slow and boring.)
I haven't seen the other shows. I wish they would make a series set shortly before the sequel trilogy or more from before the prequels. Would love to see a show about Qui Gon, animate it and bring in Liam Neason to do voice over.
Oh the bad batch is so fucking good, if you continue with it you’ll witness peak. Season 2 has to be the best and if your on the edge, just watch the Commander cody episode, it’s not too connected with the main story but it’s some of the best Star Wars out there.
where’s rebels at?
Wait Gi-Hun’s actor is in The Acolyte?
you did obi wan dirty
Obi Wan deserves to be ranked last until the end of time, I would have done 100% better without any filmmaking experience. It really is the biggest piece of dog shit and such a disrespect to my favorite character as an installment. I can provide arguments for that.
Nah not really it wasnt bad it was enjoyable. But compared to rest its trash
Rebels better be no. 1. I love it so damn much, and it has very few problems imo
1:19 The fact that bro went and left the acolyte without being biased against all the woke sht that was in that trashcan, just seeing it for what it is. Is just respectful (ik I definitely didnt do that)
What about Lego Star Wars?
First place in my opinion
R u serious wdym reva wasnt as bad as people r saying??? THEY LITERALLY TURNED THE LIGHTSABER INTO A TOY
I agree with most of this exept I would have put skeleton crew above ahsoka, and I really liked ahsoka just thought skeleton crew had less flaws.
I love the Clone Wars but I'm sorry, Andor FLOORS the rest of the Star Wars shows. Peak writing, cinematography, and story.
I forgave you for putting bad batch so low because it’s still above the acolyte and clone wars is at the top
HI VETS
dose star wars legends count since i think its near ten
You left few like Visions
5:09 thrawn was great. Nah. F**k that
Read the novels (or even just watch rebels) and you’ll know how he’s supposed to be. Not whatever the f**k Ahsoka thought he was
Really hoping the mando and grogu film is a perfect ending to their story. Not killing either one off
I think it’ll lead into Dave Filoni’s movie.
Not including the original clone wars show is crazy
Not canon🤷♂️ however, resistance is which he didn’t include and no one ever does
1:28 nah acolyte should be last
(I did hate bobf too tho.)
Kenobi higher than skeleton crew and bad batch is outrageous. It literally ruined his character and also wasted my fucking time. By the time it ended i was rooting for reva to die but she NEVER, DID... Ewan McGregor and hayden carried it...
Atleast u didnt put andor in 10.. but still.
Bad batch> ashoka, mandalorian season 3, SKCrew, kenobi
I think it’s really a toss up between clone wars and Andor. Like Clone wars obviously has so much peak, but god there are some agonising boring episodes
Skeleton Crew should be 6th at least imo
Star Wars Resistance 👀
Reaistance and Young Jedi Adventures are missing 😢
Nobody watched those
Who cares other than twitter freaks and 4 year olds
young jedi adventures should be 1.
I watched until I realized Ahsoka was highish on the list, the show was garbage except for thrawn
"Baby yoda" :/
The Alcolyte did give us lesbian space witches... and not in a good way
Imagine putting mandalorian s3 above rebels🤦
Nothing you said has any support but talk your talk
Bad batch should've been 7th but completely sgree with clone wars
How on God's green earth is Ahsoka #5? That show was a laughing stock from start to finish. The choreography is garbage, the acting is hard to watch, the characters are nothing whatsoever like how they were, and it ruined so many characters while breaking so many canon rules. But it's Dave directing, so obviously it has to be perfect
It's not that bad
Fr
I hated the first couple episodes but the stuff on thawnes planet was actually pretty good
I agree. It was what i was most looking forward to. And it officially killed star wars for me
What you yappin about it was amazing

No way you put Resistance at anything but last place. Acolyte and BoBF had problems, but they were at least watchable
Resistance is bad, but if you watch to the end it easily has better moments than those two

Clone Wars 10/10
Rebels 10/10
