Great and important piece guys, thanks 🙏
It's important that we don't just talk about mental health because we want to virtue signal. We have to make room in our lives for people who are having hard times without judgement.

Well done, chaps, a brave subject.... thanks for making it public. The help that sufferers get from real discussions like this, that normalize the normal, is immense.

As a lonely southern Villa fan I always rate these Villa View videos but this one is so poignant. Dolan's words about confidence in particular resonated with me personally. Huge respect to you all for taking the time to speak out about this, well done. UTV

This is superb guys. Really enjoyed this. Just putting this subject out on a platform will help give those that confidence to speak out. Some may be scared to speak out, and for them to be able to here two gentlemen talk about it offline could be so important to those who need a push to speak out, and that it is okay to speak out. As for guilt Dan, it's something I go through a lot, so you're not alone in that respect. Look after yourself everyone!

This was an incredible show ... a real eye opener that Mental health shows no respect to anyone! It made me feel more relatable to each and everyone on the show. Makes you realise not matter what, you are not alone..... find someone and speak out, the first step is scary but also it's the first step to getting help. Thanks guys for this, massive respect and thanks again 👏👏👍🏼

WOW! That was a REALLY POWERFUL episode guy's, I have a lot of respect for you all opening up so vividly about your emotions and the tough times that you've been through, full credit to Ty for having the guts to explain his most darkest moment of his life, I'm glad to see that he never went through with what was on his mind at the time, I can't say I've ever been there and I hope I never have to experience it personally but to overcome that must have taken a lot out of him, for real! Plus, it's quite positive to hear how Ty and Chris in particular have spoken about their struggles which I wouldn't have ever expected from either of them, especially when you see them appear on a regular basis on this channel and how active / popular Ty is on Twitter, it just goes to show you how social media can create that perspective of someone's life which you don't really know about behind closed doors! Once again, well done for shining some light on a difficult, touchy issue which people often don't like to tackle or discuss and I can only hope that it goes some way to helping people who are struggling during times that we find ourselves in right now, just remember that you're not alone and don't let problems build up inside of you, as it's good to talk and will only make you suffer even more in the long-term when it may not be as bad as it seems! 💯 👏🏾 🗣️ 💭 💬 🌈 ⭐💡💜 💙

Years ago you'd sit around a kitchen table with your family and some of these things would be discussed without you even knowing it, now were so remotely connected, there's nothing more important than eye contact when discussing problems. People need people, face to face.

I have just been released from hospital with serious mental health issues, 5 minutes in and it makes sense, still not sure if I can do it anymore, but my friends and my pride and this video are helping a bit
