“Seventy-five hundred thousand dollars.” 😂
7,500 000 would be 7.5 million lol
Guy wanted 1 million. Rick offers him 7½.
That's alotta zeros...ha
@@shirok124 you a funny guy lol.
I went to post that and of course it’s the top post 🤣
Out of all those guitars, I'd take Mary Ford's. She was an amazing player in her own right.
Just about to say that. It's insane. That thing is def worth half a million easy!
I agree 💯
I feel for the fella selling his grandad's tele at the end. 13000 for a potentially 30,000 vintage classic that's only going to go up and up. I SO would've want wanted to learn on my grandpa's guitar.
I guess I'm just a sentimental fool.
Why would you sell Hendrix's guitar. Damn thats too precious.😭
MONEY, Americans love it.
Especially women love money.
Defleppard guys took the girl home with them
Beautiful bunch of Guitars! "That's Crazy"
It is amazing the price of these guitars. "That's Crazy"
Les hated the “New” Les Paul
model. he even told Gibson to
remove his name from it…
Rick was a total idiot for not paying the guy for Hendrix guitar. It's the holy grail of guitars. It's value will keep going up.
I have my Dad's '54 Gibson Les Paul Gold Top. There is no way I would ever sell it. I was offered $50,000 and politely declined.
Nice one looks amazing
Same guy selling the Gibson acoustics.
Hes a collector and mentioned when selling one of them that he wanted to sell it to be able to buy some other guitar
Love all of those guitar
The diamond guitar from the thumbnail is actually in a Dubai mall diamonds store lol
I thought Mary Ford's SG had gold pickups? I'll have to dig out my records to find out. Still cool!
I think you guys do it terrific job
Damn those guitars look amazing
To have a chance to own hendrix guitar.... & blow it..... OUCH
Jom Irsay the owner of the Indianapolis Colts. Has a huge guitar collection that Includes a kurt Corbain guitar.
That's crazy!
Ren Ferguson, little brother to the infamous Turd Ferguson
Hold on a minute…. The guy with the Gibson and the stills guitar are one and the same guy.
That's Crazy!
amazing
"That's Crazy"
That’s crazy 🫡🏴🇬🇧
“That’s crazy”
That's Crazy
That's crazy.
The owner of hendrixs guitar later sold it at auction for 1.2 million dollars
Nope
2 mill what it sold for well documented
Nope It says in the video who bought it the guitar appraiser who came in to appraise the guitar is the one that bought it
actually, it’s crosby, stills and nash “and sometimes young” 😅
A,E,I,O,U & sometimes Y. Not sure why that popped into my head.
I saw those guys in concert. Neil Young wasn't there. Seen so many shows, and so rarely sober when I went, I forget who the other 2 bands were. Was a good show though.
One of my favorite shows I went to was Tesla, Emerson, Lake & Palmer & I actually forget who the headliner was right now.
Kiss, Ted Nugent & Skid Row was a pretty damn good show. It was Kiss' first show back in make up. q996 or so at what was then BiCentenial Gardens in Bakersfield, CA. Skid Row was excellent & my favorite part of the show.
My least favorite show was the Eagles. Talk about a waste of several hundred dollars.
The show was garbage, and worse yet, the security was so heavy I couldn't even light up. Just a terrible show!
"That's Crazy."
Thats Crazy
That's crazy
I left a 1941 Gibson in a storage building 🤓 with everything else 😳🤓
Thats crazy
Rick screwed up not buying that Hendrix guitar.. That's cool his guy got it tho! He kinda deserves it for all the other times ..
Honestly I think it would have been too big of a risk at 750k cause even though the expert did say it could go for a million plus at auction there's always the chance that it just does not and rick has to be prepared for that. Even at 750k he has to wait for the right auction and when the right auction does come up he has to advertise it and pay the auction house fees and ultimately the profit would be reletively small after all that.
@@jhomrich89 You are probably right.. I just bet Rick regrets it tho.. Even if it never sold, it would bring in a lot of people that just want to see it.. Either way.. Just exciting to see this guitar is still out there..
It's an investment that will only go up in value. Jesse bought the guitar and quickly sold it for 1.4 mil. It recently sold for 2 mil. Rick blew it there
@@kingfish4242 I think it was actually sort of a consignment thing but either, I am sure he made some good money and even a little fame.. Plus the honor to play it and hold it and cherish it and all..
damn that's crazy
He's failed not to grab 750$ Hendrix's.
No because it sold at auction for 2 million dollars
Not surprised Vick flick guitar didn’t sell for big money he played on big songs but wasn’t well known. I’m surprised he paid so much for it. It’s almost like buying a car that a famous person got a few rides in yeah it’s cool but not that cool. Would almost have to market it as the 007 theme guitar.
That's Crazy.
“That’s Crazy”
“Phil Collins” lol
that's crazy
That's CRAZY!!!!
tomorrow is my birfdaze and immmmm!!!.... not gonna win nor get anything for it!!!
37 is "heyyyy!!! You didn't die in ur accident!! Congrats!"
definitely works
Seventy five hundred thousand what king of number is that ?
" THAT'S CRAZY"
That's crazy 🤪
"That's crazy!"
That Guitar That Used to Belong To Famed Guitarist Jimmi Hendrix. I Would have Loved to been able to Sell That Guitar to Rick Harrison.
That's sane
I’d just like to Jam like the Best of Them!!
There’s no S on the end of Collens it’s Phil Collen
I wonder how much the guitar expert bought it from the seller (Hendrix's) Dang
Those vintage guitars so gorgeous
It sold at auction for 1.4 million
Buyer only wanted $750,000 🤷♂️
if you came for the guitar in the thumbnail you won't find it here.
I used to really like Pawn Stars until I found out that a lot of the transactions are staged. I guess Joe Elliott and Phil Colleen just happened to be in Las Vegas when this lady walked in the shop with the guitar.
It was definitely a setup. Def Leppard was doing a residency in Vegas at the time.
@@justken1900
Wow!
Always seems strange to me that the sellers don't go to a top guitar shop and talk to an expert in the first place! Also, 'seventy five hundred thousand' What? that would be 7,500,000. That should be 'seven hundred and fifty thousand'!
The Trep-effect
No Martin?

The Steven stills guitar was the same type of guitar as the one the guy couldn't part with 001 except same expert said 001 was 50k and then he said the Steven stills guitar was worth 75k on its own with out the stills connection so the experts clearly lie about prices to favour the pawn shop
They are 2 different guitars
Instruments are completely nuts. I bought a cello for $7500 in 1978 that’s worth a quarter-million now, and a bow to play it with for $250, the same year, that sells today for over $60,000.00. Head-scratcher.
@Philip Kirby Not really. The same conversation, but with a guy who bought a Strad violin in the 1930s and sold it 45 years later for what appeared to be a killing, sensibly produced the reaction that he wasn’t sure he’d made all that big a profit until he’d worked out what had happened to the currencies. But there’s no question the markets for them have gone insane.
So wood dries out so the older a guitar is the better it sounds like a 1960 fender Stratocaster is worth somewhere between $30,000 to $50,000 just by itself
Hidden message? Not hidden anymore and can not hide either
I thought Phil Collins was a drummer. 🤣
He's totally not an excellent guitarist. Needs more blues soul. The girl on the other hand yes pls
I thought he was a vocalist ;)
Seriously though, having Phil Collen and Phil Collins, both from London in famous bands is just some kind of evil plot to confuse people or something :p
Seventy five hundred thousand dollars... wtf
he sold at auction about 2 millions ~
Jimi Hendrix's was brought in man wanted 750,000 and they turned it down he then sold to Jimi Hendrix Museum for 2 million. I bet they wished they had bought it
I've seen these guys make deals where they literally only make like 100 bucks but they let that 1 million dollar guitar go becaUs he couldn't make a 500k profit lmao
awesome how do i win
Jimmy hindrix is the one that stands out .I own a Gibson from the 1950 I wonder how much it's worth
Twenty bucks, best i can do
@@reinerwongler7263 well you are taking all the risk!!!😂😂😂😂
13k for a 52 tele is a total steal
The case alone is getting $10,000 today.
Absolutely!!
Id take Collins guitar
"That's crazy"
You ever wonder how these people got ahold of these guitars?
Uh, yes...I was thinking the same thing. The Phil Collen guitar, was that the first time they had met, really?
Mary Ford's guitar should have been kept as a family heirloom or at least in a museum. Scumbag move to sell it in my eyes.
Same guy
The show should be called 'lies & lowball stars'
"That's it". Do I win?
An original 1952 blackguard telecaster for $13,000………….
You’ll pay more for a custom shop blackguard telecaster.
How many of the valuable acoustic guitars that young man has ?
He states in the master museum clip that he buys and sells guitars for a living, so who knows?
Gibson SJ 2000 😂.
seventyfivehundredthousand dollars... 🤣
Seventy five hundred thousand?
No they didn’t, Jerry Garcia went for much more, Hendrix, Lennon, and the signed white fender went for 2.2 million. I’d say it’s slightly more
Yup, Seventy Five Hundred Thousand Dollars.
Ric lost money on the Vic Flick Strat and paid too much because people want guitars that were owned by Rock stars not session musicians! Ric got taken in and should have known better, it doesnt matter what albums Flick had played on, very few people except guitar nerds have ever heard of him or care what he has done.
It didn't have all the original pick-ups also.. I can't believe he bought this guitar and not t Jimi Hendrix guitar
A thousand rolls of nickels? And 43 cents ¿
That’s crazy to enter giveaways?
Is the secret? "I have no clue"??? I hope so I never win nothin.
the guy who was selling Hendrix's guitar had every reason to back out of that deal. he knew he had something much more valuable than what he was offered. the first offer of 450k was an insult. to the owner, to the guitar community, and most insulting to Jimmi Hendrix.
Jimi
Can do $5000 , i take all the risk
I'm sorry guys, but 1 million it ain't the most expensive guitar.
The Black Strat was sold for over 4 millions. Maybe this was the most expensive guitar at the shop, not in the world.
Correct. Greeney, the Burst owned by both Peter Green and later Gary Moore was purchased by Metallica’s Kirk Hammett for about 1.5to 2 million.
Stop saying..."with that being said"...
Call me hater
Why the hell do you not pay the 750k for the jimmy Hendrix guitar. Biggest mistake ever on pawn stars, biggest mistake!
Normally you don´t take guitars that are worth more than 10 grand to a pawn shop.
The only reason to make such stupid moves is that you need the worldwide attention caused by the television show.
All pawn shops will try to screw you over.
Lol Jerry Garcia's guitar is the most expensive guitar ever sold. This isn't it
Elvis Presley and John Lennon played Gibsons Guitar
Pick me
All scam
Those pawn shop clowns are so embarrassing. I don't know how anyone can have anything but disdain for them. Insulting, rude, crude. People down on their luck should stay the hell away from them. Offering up penny's on the dollar for items they know Are quality.
I wonder how much I could get if I walked into GSPS with EHVs frankenstrat.
