Really? I doubt you've ever had any knowledge of elevators! Infact these elevators are the most secure one, modern day elevator's motors & wires are cheap so they need to maintain certain weights that's why so called 'modern day' apartments have service elevators extra but here you can load more than those new modern elevators. And also ve you ever been to New York or came here in london? We've so many heritage buildings which are famous for this kinda elevators..
Well the building is very old to start with and comes with no amenities or parking to begin with also a biometric lock for security is nothing short of a joke when you’re paying that amount of money on renting a space, and the elevator well better not talk about it, talking about the apartment itself I like that they’ve a powder room at the entrance of your apartment, very hygienic, the living space however seems very cold and narrow enough for one to not spend any time there, the verandah is cozy and I’d rather spend all my time over there, bedrooms are nice and airy unlike modern apartments but the lack of storage space makes it feel like an air bnb over a space one would rent out for living (normal humans do come with baggage you see), the kitchen itself was an office space probably later on converted into a kitchen which I’d barely call one, the property has an old charm to it but lacks earthiness.
Beautiful apartment. Can’t think of a more prime location in the country. The flat has a mystical old world charm to remind you of a different era. Looks straight out of a novel. Pretty sure many iconic personalties from history must have set foot in this space. I guess the price is for all of that. That said, this will work better as an Air bnb or a writer’s residency than a full time rental. May not be practical for modern families to reside long-term at this price.
Disappointed with your cameraman because I notice particularly in this video he does not show wardrobe of bedroom and even does not show kitchen properly even he is only try to capture you in frame and does not showcase things explained by you properly 😢
No amount of old school or old money (the way people are describing) glorified words will make this shit worth the money. I worked in the classic Air India building opposite Marine Drive I was too excited to be working in such an exquisite place dear lord oh my dear lord the reality hit hard all these buildings need restoration and upgrade trust me I love the Victorian architecture and design and would want them to retain them but technology fast forwarded and these buildings are still stuck in those times. The novelty wore off when I worked there for some time and I started noticing that the cons of such places are way more than the pro (the only pro is that they were Victorian era architecture built by Britishers).
It's a very valid point. These old properties need constant attention if they need to function correctly. A great example of it in Mumbai is the Trident as well as the Taj Mahal Hotel. They are old buildings but functions like a well oiled machinery. It is constantly maintained. Similarly when you go tverseas and see buildings from the 1900's they still work well. Yes the break down once in a while but are fixed immediately. Unfortunately the Air India building has been neglected for way too long. It will need a complete strip down overhaul.
This is what old money can give you smoothness, serenity & security. Every corner of this house is screaming Old Money 💰 Lovely Property❤
It's not vintage elevator, it's just old and bad elevator
😂
Correct
Nope brother it's indeed vintage, I guess you've never seen one .
But will agree it might need some refinement
yes its not worth for 25 000😅

Old money people are secure they don't really need to flash the money to show the world that they are Rich. They aren't insecure.

In this monsoon season please show us some villas situated in Lonavala 😊
How to embellish an outdated property : let’s call it “old school”.

Don't use old school it's outdated flouring
7:15 -- It's also a daily servant entrance. They dont have to use the front entrance.
Not good enough for this time and age. The living room is long and not squarish or rectangle shaped
Awesome location in mumbai❤
Paying 2.75L to live in right middle of the most chaotic places in SOBO is frustrating unless the district is useful to one in anyway.
Ravi Bhai phone toh pick nahi karte aap , 5cr to 7cr budget mai kuch good property hai ,I'm from Delhi, after your reply I call you
Pathetic property for the price sought even if it's colaba! Parking on the road 😢
bro just tried so hard to sell this by claiming all the demerits as merits. salute to RK
