- One of the names that has been trending lately in the Indian electric vehicle scene, is Ultraviolette - start-up from Bengaluru, made up of professionals who are passionate about two wheels. So that is a good start. But is the passion enough to create a convincing motorcycle that deserves your attention? Not at all. It takes a lot more to convince the traditional motorcyclist to invest trust in a machine that is so different in nature. So to find out if Ultraviolette’s project is any good, we flew to the Madras Motor Race Track to swing a leg over a pre-production prototype of their first motorcycle - the F77.

It sounds like a big RC bike. Can you imagine how quiet and smokeless our city roads will get when everything will become electric or hydrogen fuel cell? Yes neither can I.
Remember when we had to stay inside for a while when covid first happened? After a few months the air outside was way more fresh and it didn't smell like gas and fumes.
Wait 5 years everything will be electric

EV's main concern will the be range and charging speed, range should be around 450+ and charge Speed should be around 15min - 25 min with an restaurant having such facilities around.
exactly. and such kind of tech and infrastructure is hard to come by in the near future. Hence, EV will not be a convincing machine for tourers. Maybe close range commuters can opt for it, but at the cost that EVs come at, even they might go elsewhere.

For 400+ km just add 12 more battery 🤣🤣🤣no space you can carry extra on your back pack..only weighs 8kilo... Hahahahaha...fck this is no way recommended for tourer...nope for me...
Guys you don't have no clue on how fast the capacity of cells are increasing monthly in two years time 400km will be achievable by bikes easily
Evs range wont be problem if we get charging stations everywhere like petrol stations.sports bikes dont even give this much range in full tank of petrol

Prana is just awesome with more features. Compare than uvf77. But style wise, uv looks good.

The only let down is the low top speed I feel! So much power and torque yet top speed limited ! Only thing stopping it from conquering the 400cc segment of bikes! At the same price I can buy a rc 390 which has more top speed & is from a reputable brand! I love the F77 design more than that of the rc but the top speed! 💔🥺
I would prefer this over an rc anytime... Rc 390 doesnt give u the features which this bike gives.. This bike has so much features.. Its saying like i can buy suzuki gixxer 250 over ktm duke 200 as it has higher cc and top speed... But ktm is prenium and more features than gixxer

Ur ktm rc 390 would cost a lot more on fuel... Electric vehicles are much cheaper afterwards
