Update on the “Back from the Dead” 2007 Harley-Davidson Fatboy

Tearing into this 2007 FatBoy, it’s pretty crusty but I’ll get it back going in no time.

Looks like someone put dot 3 or 4 in that brake system. It takes dot 5 silicone brake fluid.

Definitely mixed fluids, the rear brake system was fine and same age, so had to have been something like that.

Yeah that is the worst master cylinder I have ever seen as well. Its not even that old.

😂 yes, it’s trash. Replaced it and the line with a clean used one.
