As much as I loved the film "I'm not there" I'm actually excited about this movie because it's not a bunch of bob dylan-like characters, but the man bob dylan himself (if that makes sense to anybody)
I don’t need a movie . I am 69 nearly and I grew up listening to him and it was a great experience and one that helped me through those difficult years .
Even a bit older, just reading - The Double Life of Bob Dylan- which is great ( The beginning up to 66/ motorcycleaccident). I'll watch the movie by sure! It's a time travel trip!❤❤❤
Bob es uno de los mas importantes artistas. Un hombre que en sus buenos y malos momentos siempre intento y lucho para que la humanidad tuviese una oportunidad. No me la pierdo por nada.❤
Looks good as far as the atmosphere and period. Having good feelings about the actor playing Dylan. My only criticism would be that Dylan has quite expressive characteristics and mannerisms. The actor seems a bit too deadpan and depressed looking. But this is just a trailer. More importantly is to get the story right and overall feel of Bob. Wishing for the best. If any artist deserves a great biopic it is Bob Dylan.
aww shit. but still, for the record: WHATEVER BOBBY TOLD YALL THATS A LIIIIIEEEEEE AND NOT AT ALL WHAT REALLY HAPPENED!!!!! he's not afraid enough of joan baez for my liking but i guess he's not counting on outliving her
I get sick of entertainer's stans accusing critics of "jealousy." It makes the stans look petty and incapable of engaging in a sensible debate. Of course, UA-cam comment sections are troll havens, which no one takes seriously in the first place.
I got full body chills when he started singing. I wish they had filmed this on actual film though, instead of digital. It would have really given it that classic period film feel to it that digital always lacks.
As if Oppenheimer movie wasn't enough, Hollywood is going to make a movie about Bob Dylan as well. J. Robert Oppenheimer bombed Japan Bob Dylan bombed people's ears.
In all wholehearted honestly, I think Timothee is one of the few actors of this generation who is getting work because he’s actually just that good
He sounds just like Bob Dylan, and the movie looks good!
Someone saw A Rainy Day in New York and thought "These kids are great, lets get them a REAL script".
I’ve thought this everyday since seeing that movie

Yeah that was more an art movie than a real biopic. I liked it too but ive been wanting a regular movie about dylan for a while so im excited too.
academy award for timothy
Edward Norton appears to be pure gold as Pete Seeger!!
Oh my gawwwwd. Are there no other actors in Hollywood besides Timothy Chalamet????
none that matter.
You gotta strike while the irons hot right?
He's the BEST of the young actors. ❤
I hope not he’s awesome

Thank God, it looks like it will be accurate.
I hope he sings "Tiny horse"
Bob Dylan is one of the few people alive today who will be spoken of in 1000 years.

I'd watch this just to see the West Village as it was in '65.
Jakob Dylan would have portrayed the perfect Bob for this biopic....peas in a pod.😊
He's 54.
@@Iazzaboyce He would've been perfect maybe a couple of years before one headlight

So freaking excited for this movie especially with Chalamet it’s gonna be epic
Chalemet sounds just like Bob!
Let's say nearly...
Timmy love of my life ❤
That looks awesome 🤩!
Chalamet is lucky he's not in a Harry Nilsson biopic. Getting the singing voice right would be a lot tougher.
Will they include a scene where he takes a groupie to a hotel using a different name / alias?
False. That didn’t happen. It was proven that Dylan wasn’t even in the country at the time he was supposedly with this young girl. Case was dismissed.
looks good.
The envy i have for this man is aeons 'a swimmin' through my vains.
Timothee Chalamet is going to win an Oscar.
Hello
I just got a free ticket to rate this movie and I got out and left, how boring it was. Movies are dead!
If you grew up with Bob on his time it can'tbe boring, it's going back to your own youth!❤
Jesus, Dylan isn’t dead yet, and they’re already pumping out biopics.
Plenty of biopics have been made with the artist still living, so I don’t know wtf you’re going on about
For instance, Walk the Line. I’d rather a biopic come out with the artist’s approval, such as this one.
Boring average trailer 1 star vs average movie 2 star 😮😮
I hope that is not the name of the film. Because that is stupid.
Its good title. A compete unknown is a line from the song- Like a Rolling Stone- which was one of his early and greatest hits.
this guy shouldnt be as famous as he is
Goes to show you dint know anything about him. If you did you would not say that.
@@hwy61do I meant Timothy lol
Why? Besides pure envy, he’s an amazing actor and a total genuine person as well. There’s no reason he shouldn’t be
I agree he's not got "it" imo i feel like theyre running out of actors haha

NO EFFIN' WAY!!!!!!!!!!!11
He admitted on 60 minutes he sold his soul to Satan. Common people, give me a break.
Bob participated in the making of this movie, so it should be really good. Great cast. Can't wait to see it.

look forward to it as I have always enjoyed Bob's work but also the look of that era early on is rarely in film.
Not a trailer though, just the teaser trailer released two weeks ago. Better late than never. ''Rapid'' Trailer...
Are they gonna talk about him switching from acoustic to electric and the folk music stsns giving him 💩 for it.
Thus enter... The Byrds of which I hope they do a movie next
That's got to be in this, it's simply too important a milestone and too historical to not include.
No loaves and fishes
Bob was so far ahead of his time. Amazing career.
A movie about Bob Dylan?
*Dylan
DUH !!!!!
@@rzn2258 a bit off the wall.
He was correct about a hard rain. 😢
Can't wait to see this. He's a great actor.
Seems great
I can’t wait!!!

🥱 🥱 🥱 🥱 🥱
OK, go work on your Lawrence Welk biopic and Mommy will bring you a cookie later
So he can mimic Dylan. What’s the story? Dylan plugged in? Not a great idea.
Wrong kid died
Which kid died?
@@sundaypeople5791 It's a quote from Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, if I'm not mistaken 😄
