What I’ve learned 1. Avoid Seed Oils & Dyes 2. Focus on Gut health and improving metabolism 3. Move your body in challenging ways that feels good, mentally as well 4. Balance, enjoy a little bit, sometimes 5. It shouldn’t feel like a diet rather a shift and a little adjustment LOVE this video Yaz!! Very informative and encouraging. This way is definitely way more sustainable and achievable. Thank you!
Your sis is my crush I’m really attracted to her ❤. I also under estimated how good she would look having decided to lose weight, if you’re with her then Yallah please tell her congrats on 200k subs and congrats to her weight loss and fitness consistently.
preach queen. ever since i started reading ingredient lists instead of looking at the calories/carbs/fat etc i’ve felt way better, had more energy and lost weight
Girl! Can you please do a grocery haul following this video? I would love to see what you purchase and briefly what you'd make. It would help a lot! Thank you ❤
You actually made me want to change my food, usually weight loss videos put me off and make me feel like it’s too much effort or I don’t have the energy. However this video was a breath of fresh air! Love from U.K. 🇬🇧
This video is exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for sharing your experience, as someone who goes to the gym consistently and eat pretty healthy but has seen no change on the scale. This video was very helpful and informative!! Been watching your and Naz’s video since way back when you were still a pharmacist, MUCH LOVE 🩷🩷
do you mind doing some recipe videos as to how you cook without the oils? or, maybe a video in the grocery or what you tend to lean towards? This video was so helpful!
Thank you for making this video Yaz! I've been struggling to lose weight and it's because my diet isn't great. I loved when you said it's not a race it's a marathon! I am so ready to make these changes. Can you please make a video showing us what you eat?
Love how educational this video is 🤍 Also, dairy free milks, like oatmilk, almond milk have a lot of seed oils keep an eye on that! Just a tip for all the girls out there :)
I had to give up oat milk recently. I was having horrible stomach aches and kept thinking it was everything else but. Finally, finally I had a super terrible stomach ache and my bf did too and he said he had my oat milk. I didn’t drink it the rest of the day and I feel like a new person!!!🙌🙌🙌🙌
Yes and also check for carrageenan, poligeenan, and gums, it’s in a lot of alternative or plant based milks, these are known to cause cancer or non cancerous tumors.
@@aby9641 I recommend if you Good Culture whole milk or 2% milk, Targets brand Good and Gather organic milk, if you are wanting almond milk Califia Farms organic unsweetened almond milk (make sure it says 3 Ingredients only). I don’t drink the other types of nut-based/plant-based milks. These I’ve listed are all free of gums, “natural flavors”, carrageenan, and other junk that’s not necessary. If you can also find a local farm that sells raw milk, it’s best for your body, but unfortunately there’s not one locally for me to support, so I drink the in-store options above. Hope it helps 💜🥰
Yes Yasss!!!! After dealing with significant weightgain, PCOS, and not being able to loose weight no matter how long I worked out, Ive seen a naturpath and am going through the same journey, and it's been mindblowing! I highly recommend that you see a naturopath someday, you'll be amazed! Alot of the "healthy" foods that I was eating actually exacerbated my bloating and in turn, my weightgain. I deal with PCOS and all of this works for PCOS. It blows my mind when I go to Mexico and I feel great within 1 week of being there. i've explained to my family abroad how our stomachs are used to heavily processed food that when we're exposed to more whole foods it often makes us sick at first, but then we feel better! For me, Ihave to focus on protein, good fat, fiber, and even avoid ALOT of veggies because it causes Oxalates in your body--another mind-blowing thing I've been learning about! Anyway, keep it up!
you look so healthy/happy! this vide was so informative and not one sided which i appreciate! all bodies react different and you took into account everything else that came with it ❤ty!
Chewing gum would make me bloated! Can you tell us what your weight was before and your height and what you eat in a day? This video was helpful and informative thank you! 🩷
I rarely comment but I need to give appreciation to this video as it is very educational and you talk about fat loss in healthy real way. This is what we need ❤
Love this! Can you please do a grocery haul and show what you eat on the daily.. I’m 4 months postpartum and I’ve been having two oat milk coffees a day and didn’t know it had so much seed oil in it 😵💫
Love this! Im going to try to be more cautious when grocery shopping to slowly make changes and make better choices. I’d love to see your grocery hauls or what I eat in a day.
Omg Yas this is soooo informative. Literally information that I have never even heard before. Definitely going to check my blood type and look into seed oils so I avoid that!
I've been losing weight slowly, but i haven't totally eliminated seed oils so maybe that will help. I know they're bad for me, but I haven't paid too much attention to my food labels. Thanks for the tips!
I lost so much weight and still losing weight. I don’t look at calories. I look at carbohydrates and sugar content. If the carb number is 10 or more I don’t eat it. If the sugar content is above 9 I avoid it. She’s right about increasing protein to prevent cravings. I can go hours without eating. Keep it simple.
Thank you so much for this video. I have been eating salads everyday and I use salad dressing and the first ingredient is canola oil and I have been wondering why I’m not loosing weight. Thank you so much ; you just saved my life.
Yas thank you for sharing your journey! I went thru something and gained a lot of weight and I'm finally ready to take back my health and your journey inspires me
Yassss you are my most absolute favorite UA-camr. Just so real and genuine and authentic! You look soooo good!!!! ❤ I’m also on a health journey and it really really *REALLY* is a mental thing. If your mental state ain’t good going into it then it won’t work. Amazing video with amazing advice! ❤
Thank you so much Yas for this video! Just since your previous videos on changes and advice I was able to lose around 10 pounds. Now I’m going to implement your other recommendations for the long-term benefits. I also want to tell you and others reading this that my doctor suggested to make sure you’re eating a lot of fibrous foods or supplement with fiber if you take probiotics. Without increasing fiber it can just go through your system and not work well enough to keep your beneficial bacteria high and gut cleaned out/balanced. Also because I have PCOS, I recently learned through my doctor, that from a hormonal standpoint, us women do not need to be doing extreme fasts/intermittent fasting, or skipping meals like breakfast, which actually harms our metabolism and causes more issues with cortisol levels being high and weight gain. Eating 3 balanced whole nutritious meals a day with 2/3 snack servings in-between is key for our metabolism as women. Plus all coffee girlies, eat something always before you drink any coffee’s whether hot or iced as it helps your metabolism and benefits your body more. Hope this helps 💜🥰
Very informative and well said. Can you make a separate video of what ingredients you use and how’s its good for you and what’s not good for you and your daily meal schedule please
God bless you Yasmin.. just 2 minutes in and you really got me with the inflammatory seed oils. I am a health coach and very passionate about health and wellness and organic living and this video resonated with me so much.
Great advice!! I had an appt with a Dr who told me to stay away from Soybean oils and Soy bean anything as well as high caffeine to balance my hormones. That’s when I discovered how many things had seed oils. There are so many yummy and healthy alternatives.
Loved this video Yas, so informative and to the point. I was wondering if you could potentially film for us a what you eat in a day after embarking on this lifestyle change 💕🙏
For the first time, someone really addressed this issue. I have figured this things way before and it really helped me and i kept my weight off for long time
1-3 days is not often enough for a Bowel movement! If the internet says that it probably just means it’s common, not ideal. There’s a difference! 1-2 times a day is healthier!
Love this video I have lost 40lbs and not only do I look at labels & nutrition facts but the sodium on low. Carbs things 🤦🏻♀️t😅. I am not going to pay oils now 😮
Thank you so much for this video it has opened my eyes up so much! Can you please do a what you eat video Because honestly 90% of the food I'm eating had seed oils in it I need some help and ideas of what I can be eating from now on Again thank you for this video ❤️❤️
You are so pretty I have PCOS so carry a lot of water retention. Thanks for your help Seed oils are horrible !! I don’t drink oat or almond milk ! I consume milk from the farm natural.
My favorite takeaway is the blood type information & not constantly looking at the scale. I lost 40 pounds but it took 4 years to make sustainable changes (nothing extreme) and I never gained weight throughout the process. It is a marathon 10000%
Good job on this video Yaz! You look amazing btw and your glowing! I definitely have yoyo’d more than ever now that I’m getting older. I am tired of it and have been wanting to eat better, this video definitely is giving me that push to make changes!
i just looked at the ingredients for a bunch of stuff in my home soybean oil is in almost all of our snacks 😢 i went from 260 to 190 and my weight hasn’t moved thank you for this video so damn informative!!!

eat for your blood type is the TRUTH. been on it for 3 years now, lost almost 40 pounds.
I’ve followed you and Naz for years and you’ve always looked amazing but you look more radiant than ever!!
preach queen. ever since i started reading ingredient lists instead of looking at the calories/carbs/fat etc i’ve felt way better, had more energy and lost weight
THIS!! 💗

Love from U.K. 🇬🇧
I stopped drinking soda, no oils they are way to processed. I prefer i little lard and butter from time to time. Congrats Yazmin. Keep it up!
This video was one of the best health/fitness videos because it’s soooo balanced and logical ✨
I thoroughly enjoyed this video! Could you do some food hauls? Like finding healthy foods from different grocery stores. That’d be so informative!
Hi hunny I need a what I eat in a day please for some inspiration. Also what’s in my fridge or grocery shopping haul.
Thank you
Agree ☺️
This video was so helpful, informative and most importantly realistic. Thanks for sharing your journey with us!

Yasmin, this video resonated so much with me as someone who has lost 50 pounds. Your perspective on diet is so healthy and balanced, more of these 🥰
do you mind doing some recipe videos as to how you cook without the oils? or, maybe a video in the grocery or what you tend to lean towards? This video was so helpful!
There are other good oils - coconut oil, olive oil. You should still cook with oil, just choose carefully.
Thank you for making this video Yaz! I've been struggling to lose weight and it's because my diet isn't great. I loved when you said it's not a race it's a marathon! I am so ready to make these changes. Can you please make a video showing us what you eat?
I wrote everything down! I am so proud of you and I want to thank you so much for this video! Love you girl!! 🥰🥰

So what’s a good milk to drink? 🤔
@@aby9641 I recommend if you Good Culture whole milk or 2% milk, Targets brand Good and Gather organic milk, if you are wanting almond milk Califia Farms organic unsweetened almond milk (make sure it says 3 Ingredients only).
