Quick and easy healthy ice cream (no cream)

  • I share with you how I make low-sugar, low-milkfat ice cream that I eat every day. It can reduce the amount of milkfat by not using whipping cream and reduce sugar in it. Ice cream made from milk, yogurt, and fruit are all very good for health, digestive system, providing vitamins and fiber...
    Basically, this cooling method is quite similar to an ice cream machine.
    The recipes in this video with whole milk can be replaced with whipping cream and do the same as the previous video. So you'll have a lot of choices to be creative
    Frozen yogurt:
    250g (2 pots) any type of yogurt (full fat or 0% fat etc.)
    40g condensed milk (you can also use honey, sugar, diet sugar etc.)
    Jam (optional)
    Fruit ice cream (mango ice cream):
    160 ml (2/3 cup) fruit puree (mango, strawberries, avocado etc. )
    1 tsp lemon juice
    150ml (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) whole milk
    2 tbsp sugar (or condensed milk, honey, diet sugar, etc.)
    Cream from whole milk:
    300ml whole milk
    1-2 tbsp matcha powder or 3-4 Oreo cookies or 40g milo powder.
    50g condensed milk (or honey, sugar, diet sugar etc.)
    Size of small ice cream bags: 1 liter
    Size of big ice bag: 3 liters
    Ice cubes+1/3 cup salt
