Thank you for the knowledge, hope to see more videos from you soon!
Awesome video for beginners. Thank you. Please do more 😁
Excellent video. This helped me a lot to understand the setup of Fusion360 with the Shapeoko. Great Stuff. Thank you so much!
Thanks for this. Very useful. Got me over the in initial learning curve.
Two small point, and I mean this in the most constructive sense...
1. It can be hard to follow along when you make changes without describing what you are doing. It would make it easier if you described each step - "In the tools tab, select X and enter Y". Otherwise, the viewer has to spend time looking for your mouse pointer to see what you are doing.
2. A few times during the video, you sort of diverted from the main workflow to describe some initial setup task. It would be better if these were all done at the outset. I understand that you are doing much of this from knowledge gained from experience, but to the beginner, having to interrupt your flow to download tool or machine configurations can break concentration.
This was excellent, much better pace for beginners than a lot of the material out there. def helped me setup my first project,
Very good video. Could you have selected adaptive clearing for the round hole operation instead of a 'pocket' operation?
yes. he was showing 2 different ways to do the same thing
Thank you, that tutorial was really clear and helpful! Looking forward to use the GCode in action in a few weeks from now (machine still in transit).
Thank you for the comprehensive tutorial! You really helped me figure out fusion.
Are you using fusion to execute the gcode on the shapeoko or are you exporting the gcode from fusion then importing it into carbide motion to execute the gcode ?
can download the machine file, but can't open it in fusion
Thank you for this video! It helped me out a ton!
Fantastic video. Thank you for this excellent work!
By far the best, most accessible intro to Fusion CAM I have seen yet. thank you
Here from your facebook post. 100% appreciate your hard work!
I guess they don't have shapeoko in their library anymore?
Great video. Thank you for sharing.
Please, more videos! I'd like a video on the tabs like you mentioned. And a video on the 3d tool paths!
Does this work with the hobbyist license?
Everything I needed in one place - thank you!!
The BEST tutorial I have seen for using Fusion with a Shapeoko machine - Thankyou!! I am totally new to Fusion and in about only 1 hour of doing these steps along side this one tutorial, I can now utilize all the work I have done previously in other tools. Thanks again!!
good video,,,, but you need to work on saying this" uh "thing...you say it way to many times....LOL
Thx for the lesson
Definitely can be use for other table top cnc machines. Very clear and straightforward tutorial.
Easy tone voice to listen too. Just need to work on your
" breaks" between sentences. A conscious effort to stay quiet instead of saying " umm"
I'm having a hard time importing the tool library from the link. i was able to import another .json tool library but this one wont import into Fusion 360.
did you find any solution
@@normanny7760 Yea. I found the tools on Shapeoko's community forum and got it in there. That was awhile back (memory like a gnat).
@@coulterjb22 great
I love this video. It's a true beginner's video. Thank you! Can you make more videos like this?!
This is a fantastic video. Makes sense and explains the process. Really nice job. Hoping for another video :)
all those steps are the same for the nomad3?
Excellent tutorial! Thank you for taking the time to post it.
Very helpful, thank you for taking time to make that.
