"Nah, I don't wanna play that" 0:02 -- Funny & sad all at the same time. I'll explain. Years back I was at a late night (early morning) Paisley Park show in the summer. At some point in the show Prince asked if there were any requests. This was something that took the audience by surprise since it wasn't something he usually did not do. I had never heard him do it before or after this. In the brief silence I yelled out "America". Maybe it was on my mind since it was close to Independence Day, that's about the only reason I can think of because, even though I like the song, I probably would have chosen a vast number of songs before this if I had sat & thought about for a while. ANY WAY, he starts the riff up & I'm thinking "How cool is this? Prince fills stadiums world wide & here he is playing my request." Then he stops & SAYS " "Nah, I don't wanna play that" 😆😥😢😰😅😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Wow. I was at this show. One of the best of his shows I've been too. Despite being in a big arena, it had an intimate feel.
