    It's all about the money/greed for her. I could care less about Oprah. I don't think people care about what she has to say. Especially about weight loss. She's irrelevant...ANYWHO👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

    I recall her stating decades ago that she had a personal chef. I didn't think too much about it, because she's probably too busy to cook for herself, but i also thought, most of us can do well if we've got a personal chef!

    She’s had special chefs and her own cookbook. I used to use it. I think it mostly cut down on foods with fat.

    It’s just so simple. Eat until full and still lose weight. That way of eating is out there.

      No that is not the answer. And it is not simple. There are carb addicts and sugar addicts and people with serious eating disorders such as binge eating disorders. There are people who have emotional attachments to food due to childhood abuse and a myriad of other reasons. Food companies also employ food scientists who come up with formulas of just the right balance of sugar salt and fat to keep a person wanting more without feeling too full to stop eating, therefore creating another food addict or feeding an already addicted person’s addiction. Be thankful to be one who doesn’t seem to struggle.

    I lost at least 60 pounds since January 8, 2024 by eating only meat! And I beat diabetes. I’ve been diabetic for at least 12 years I’m no longer diabetic. I no longer need a shot of insulin twice a day and I feel better than I have in years all because I’m a carnivore.

    Eat meat. It’s all you need. Teach your body to use key tones instead of sugar for fuel and energy.
