Waiting for carpets to become that filthy is unbelievable for me. The difficulty and labour involved to get it clean at that point is amazingly accomplished by these men. A task which seems impossible must be commended and properly compensated; I hope. Nice job, guys.

You men did a great job of cleaning this carpet. I thought, there is NO WAY that a cream colored carpet in underneath all that brown dirt. But you did it. I was shocked to see the first cream colors appearing on the carpet. Perhaps this carpet was in a terrible flood.

Question: Do all of your customers wait until these rugs are full of grime before bringing them in to you to be cleaned? If so, do you know why? It seems peculiar to wait so long to let something so beautiful become so dirty before getting it cleaned.

Love your videos. This one was extremely caked in mud. I was wondering if there is a hanging system suspending a water pipe with small holes to spray water over the carpet as it is suspended. Perhaps with rollers to squeeze out water at certain intervals. The water would cascade over the entire carpet drawing the dirty water down from both sides right into the drainage. You could run that as a pre rinse before using the machines on it. While the pre rinse is running, you could be working on another carpet on the floor.
Please tell me more about, thanks for the tips.
I thought the same thing. In the initial phase hang it up and spray it down over a drain. Let gravity help get rid of a lot of that mud or dirt. That way it also isn't lying in dirty water. Would probably use a lot less water too.

Where on earth do you get these carpets!? They always look as if they have been lying on the rubbish dump for 10 years. But, what bothers me is that they are never torn or even worn? Why? But it is very satisfying to watch, and you must have backaches every night!😊Hard work.
