The concept that he isn't "just fat" and that his body looks that way because of how he developed his strength. I have a similar body type and wondered why in my workouts i never got more toned.
I am so glad someone commented on this! We have been deceived by media for decades on how a male body is suposed to look. Bodybuilders dehydrate and starve themselves to look the way they do, and its temporary as well. A healthy male body develops like yours, and its absolutely natural !

Just connect up the legs with the hip and the legs should be the same size as the Arm so I hope that helps

Okay so for the legs you can do a retrangular shape that goes inward for the thighs, a circle for the knee, and a rounded out diamond for the calves.
