This is the first beginner anatomy tutorial I've found that really feels like it was made for beginners. When you're just getting started, it doesn't matter as much if the proportions are perfect, just that you can get the lines down. I also like how fast you go because it gives me just enough time to draw, but not enough to obsess over getting every detail perfect. For months, I've been too intimidated to start drawing characters because I don't know where to begin. Thanks to this video, I finally feel comfortable drawing. Thank you!!
I purchased a human anatomy book and I was overwhelmed with lots of information that made my head ached so much I want to give up lol! Very underrated UA-cam for drawing but still overall it helped me a lot on learning how to draw.I can now brag to all my friends that I can draw hot men preach bro preach.
So about 16 years ago I got myself an E in art at school, simply because my teacher told me never to use pencils on day 1 and I immediately lost interest as I loved drawing. She wanted us to experiment with different things, which while I do agree with that, ruling out pencil drawing completley is the worst advice I've ever had! Sketching is one of the best ways to practice and has taught me so much to then use with those other things. These videos have provided me with way more than the 4 or so years of art at school ever did. Very easy to watch and follow, clear and easy to understand and the editing is brilliant. So thanks and well done sir!

This helps me so much. I’d usually avoid drawing guys simply because of… a specific area, but this has helped me a lot with anatomy. There were quite a few things that I didn’t know about. Thank for the tutorial. 😊
I'm used to drawing/making female characters so using this tutorial is helping me practice drawing male figures. I also tend to have a problem with proportions as drawing humans is still a bit rough for me. (Like the heads tend to be a bit too big, and in my recent male drawing, I had to erase the whole head and make sure the head was good enough... But now that I'm looking at it, the body looks a bit too big for my liking lmao. I don't really know what to do besides adding the necessary details and whatnot) But I still enjoy making characters either way. Your tutorials are great! ^_^

lmao i've been trying to draw a proper shirtless guy for a person's oc for like 3 days now but all i've been doing is comically muscular beasts of a man i've gotten used to basically everything regarding basic anatomy, and yet, i can't draw a completely normal guy without a shirt
I must be born an art genius or something, because the moment I finished all the steps for my first male anatomy, I was able to memorize all the steps the second time! This tutorial has really helped me learn how to draw characters in my head.
Thank you for the helpful tutorial! I'd love to see a female anatomy tutorial too of that's not too much trouble. I really like your art style. It reminds me a lot of Sycra's. Although I'm not in any means qualified for art advice I can say this tutorial is perfectly serviceable for drawing females as long as you remember females shoulders are less broad than male's, their hips are about the same width as their shoulders and are curvier, they have a structure that's like a hour glass in a way, and their breasts are kinda teardrop shaped. (If I'm being honest I'd like to see more art of strong women than the general thin and lean type of art depicting women.) It's always a bit tricky drawing women in general because one wrong move when drawing can give them the barbie doll look lol.
