Hey Marlon. Long time. 4 beds 3 baths? 2019 with upgrades. They owners bought , upgraded and selling? Ok. Let’s watch. Loving this suite. Washer and dryer? Nice size bedroom. A stove would’ve been nice. The bedroom should’ve set back and the bathroom further up. When there are guests, they have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Now back to the main unit. Like the bench seating with storage in the kitchen. Garage brings you right into the kitchen. Nice. A den. Ok. Bedrooms ok size. Backyard looks tight for a pool. Master a little small but enough. 2 closets. Ok. Bath small. Very plain. That needs a little upgrading. It’s an ok house. Needs quite a bit sprucing up. Thanks Marlon. See you next video.
