Amazing home, but I have some questions. Can we substitute the dishwasher with an electric stove instead in the adjacent apartment and is it possible to ask for a bathtub in the master suite? I really love this home. I’m a big fan🥰
Unfortunately I don't think the builder would switch out the dishwasher for the stove but it may be something that you can easily have done after closing on the home. And the bathtub in the master is an option if you would like. But yes, great home!
As of May 2020 how many of these apts. are left? How much do people put down on this $265,000 house? Can the kitchen Cabinets be a different color? Are you allowed to park a landscaping trailer in the garage? Are you allowed to have a social work office in the apt.? Can the apt. have a 2 burner cook top and small hood added?
