We signed a contract for a new construction in the astonia community near champions gate. The only thing i worry about is all the negative comments i see online about the crime in polk county. Would you say davenport is a relatively safe area for a young family?? Im a navy vet and just found your channel, thanks for all the great info!
oh heck yea man I live in Polk county! some spots are bad but you'll be fine there aside from the traffic. hopefully, you have representation from an agent with building but if not as a fellow veteran I have tips for you even though I cant represent! feel free to give me a call!

Which is the BEST builder (price and home size) in Davenport
good question, we have several single family communities and som townhome's not far away. ready to go homes right now are more haines city just south but there is a community behind the publix about to be ready. id have to know more about what you need to give tnat example mainly because aside from overall price and size some buidlers have crazy rate buy down and closing cost programs right now which you have to factor in! give me a call or text! happy to go through all the options! 407-915-9816

It’s a good community, I helped a client recently with looking at them. Currently have good incentives as well and the location is great.
I hear crowded and I think of LA, OC and San Diego lol It cant be worse than out here! some highways when you take into account BOTH sides of the road have over 10 lanes! 5 going in each direction! lols and it gets BUMPER TO BUMPER during rush hour traffic
So lived in socal for years. I agree with you haha but the traffic is getting just as bad.

I live there . Its crowded and lots of traffic and construction.

I heard from some people in Orlando city that they couldn’t believe the prices in Davenport compared to the center of Orlando. The lady literally was like …”wow that price is so cheap”. 😮

@@rattiegirl5 I’ve lived in Davenport for over 10 years and it’s only getting worse. These construction companies can’t keep up with amount of people moving here, they aren’t even building house as much as they are building apartments. The traffic is horrible and it has gotten exponentially worse and there is nothing to do in Davenport so save yourself the stress.
So I don’t disagree with your point, many cities in florida are running into the same problem. And not much road improvement being done. We live south of the 4 now but intend to head more north!
It can be a great place! But lots to think about to make sure you are happy with the current changes and also I recommend being north of the 4 for some reprieve from traffic!
@@orlandorelocation north of I-4 is good now but it’s already getting bad, they have began developing almost all of Clermont the only place north of Orlando you can go is ocala. Even that isn’t much better as they have already started developing the area. Only a matter of time before I looks like Davenport.
You need to replan ur retirement if u wanted to retire in FL a lot of people are not moving to Florida
READ THIS WE ARE IN DAVENPORT AND WE ARE MOVING OUT BECAUSE POOR QUALITY SCHOOLS, OVER CROWDED AND THE TRAFFIC…
STORES ARE ALWAYS FULL AND THE GROCERIES ARE ALWAYS PACK WITH TOURISTS CANT EVEN GET A GALLON OF MILK WITH OUT DOING A LINE AT LEAST OF 20 MINUTES DO NOT COME DOWN THERE
