Just wonder what a lease back is?
Hi Snow, in this case a lease back is when the builder wants to sell the model they use as a sales center to a buyer, and then lease it back from them for a length of time while the community still has lots for sale. So a buyer owns the home, the builder pays them rent for a flexible time period as they are selling in the community, and then when the builder is done in the neighborhood the buyer can either move in, rent it, or sell the home.
Can a pool be added?

The only thing that I don't like about Florida's houses is that they built the kitchen together with the living room and dinning room. Which one; one must have it always clean because it's going to be seen by the visitors and two it's a safety issue because I have an Artistic child that likes to get into everything and I would love a kitchen with a door, that I can lock. So He can not get into it, but in Florida it's impossible to do that. Ya need to start building houses for the autism and dementia people. Put doors on a kitchen and leave a kitchen by itself and don't include it with the main living room.
