Faeria Metashaker #10 - Yoga Flame Thrower!

Climb atop 'Mount Rush More' with this mono-red list that includes Flame Thrower for added burn support. In this video, I was playing against a mono-green Taunt list that was probably designed to combat the proliferation of yellow rush in the current meta.
When playing this deck, orb damage is the main focus; Positional trades are secondary. Aggressive land placement is also paramount.

EARLY AGGRESSORS: Creatures with 1-mountain requirement are great for challenging the enemy orb and demanding an answer.
1. Seifer's Fodder deals 4 to the orb, and can trade with Macemen and Elementals.
2. Crumbling Golem deals 7 to the orb, and can deal with Verduran Forces and Living Willows.
3. A 1-of Hunted Outlaw has a very sturdy body, but it comes with a slight drawback.
MIDRANGE SUPPORT: These cards help sustain the aggression.
1. Underground Boss and Brigand's combat ability is great for adding fuel to the fire.
2. Outland Ranger is a great all-around card. Campfire is good role-player.
3. Fire Elemental helps push aggressive lands, and can trade with bigger creatures.
4. Grim Guard defends and burns at the same time.
BURN UNIT:
1. Flame Thrower demands an answer and helps push damage.
2. Seifer's Wrath
3. Flame Burst
BUFFS: They work great with combat creatures, Flame Thrower, or any other finisher.
