He only played 10 games In his United career In the same position he played at Juve. Those 10 games were Ole’s first 10 games. Go back and watch those and then look at the stats for those games. He was flashy and took too many risks around our box, but when given freedom to play In a more attacking role, he was amazing one of the most enjoyable players to watch play.

However, so was Zidane, but he had much better spatial awareness than Pogba. When Pogba played in the 10, his main threat was arriving late into the box, similar to what McTominay does nowadays (obviously I know Pogba is a better player than McTominay). As I always say, Pogba performed well in Seria A and at international level not necessarily because he played alongside better players, but because players have more time and space on the ball.
