Neymar had a better career than 95% of top level players & is still considered a failure. That’s how good he was…
📠
*99.9%
It’s ridiculous how he’s called a flop when there’s maybe 2 players that had as good a career as Neymar this generation that being Suarez and Lewa (obviously excluding M&R) Neymar would’ve been in the goat debate had he been born 10 years earlier or even 10 years later
The guy’s contract tells us all how much of a flop he is! 😂😂😂 99.9% of professional players today would like to be able to make what he makes.
God i dont like when videos go "lets start from the beginning. X was born in...." no we dont need to know the colour of his fav shirt growing up. On topic though: Neymar had 3 issues. He was lazy as fuck, greedy as fuck, and mentally weak as fuck. The 3 worst enemies of successful careers.
He was supposed to be the greatest that ever was but instead he became the greatest that never was
I will say not greatest but neymar could come close to Ronaldo , but achieving what messi has achieved is not possible because messi won 3 ucl ,3 golden boots ,4 ballon Diors in a row,4 fifa the best and a treble and a sextuple before the age of 25 , achieving this stats of messi before the age of 25 is likely close to impossible 💀💀💀 and also remember messi despite being a winger and a goal scorer has the most assists and the most playmaker awards and the fact that playmaker awards are mostly for midfielders , btw no hate even Ronaldo is not in the league of messi forget about neymar 💀💀💀☠️
@@Unkno_n yep. you will get hate on this cmt, but you are absolutely right. Ronaldo is closer to Neymar than he is to Messi. In terms of talent, dribbling, entertainment Neymar is above Ronaldo. Messi is the most talented player of all time, best dribbler of all time, but in terms of skills, i think Neymar is better than Messi also
No that title is for Denilson @@Unkno_n

Neymar wasn't in the greatest talk but up there as a great
Felt like a documentary, truly an enjoyable watch, great stuff mate.
His move to psg was one of his downfall its not Neymar's fault but PSG itself ruined him. A move to Seria A or Prem would have been the best choice for him
This .... He went to a team without competition a team where all the players don't care
.. if he went anywhere else even Bayern he would have been the 3rd best
@@saint7732 Its not the competition, the club had no chemistry it didnt care about its players and team it had no actual team play they only stacked expensive players left and right expecting to win something. Neymar was thrown out into Mbappe's shadow because (he's young and won the world cup) and later on Messi also got signed which is the whole reason he left barcelona. And later on many expensive signings were made, it was team full of solo plays, none of the player were built around someone. If he went a club where he would have been the heart if the team it would have been different. Like most brazillian legends he could have joined Ac Milan or a prem club other than Chelsea ( he would have been in Eden Hazards shadow) And any team other than Bayern wherebhe could shine in the bundesliga)
Staying at barca would’ve been better honestly
How was it PSG's fault
Don't blame others for his own mistakes
He choose PSG
It was his fault tho.
I remember all the bs he did before leaving to PSG and he didn't leave to win the ballon d'or he left for money and the problems he had with the managers because of his EGO. The "I'm staying" post when he was in Barcelona and then a week later signing with PSG, essentially making fun of the club...
He could've won the ballon d'or in Barcelona, but he left because of his ENORMOUS EGO and that was HIS decision.
Injuries and mentality. Regardless top tier.
Denilson what could have been
That challenge on Neymar in 2014 that led to his back injury broke my heart and I support Argentina.
And .issinf Thiago Silva
Neymar is proof that talent doesnt give you a ticket in life
He lacked work ethic and determination
Like it or not neymar is the most skillful and talented player i have seen in my tym
Actually right. As a Rono fan. I always had huge respect for Ney. He can have the potential to beat both Messi and Rono. But his mentality decreased his chances
@@itszu6836 Neymar has a better chance of winning a world cup than u know who
He didnt lack in any of them, he was just unlucky with injuries
There is NONE more skillful than RONALDINHO. NONE
As he should. Dude was poor when he was young. Now that he has ALL the money in the world why would he care about soccer that much? It's better to enjoy life a bit. You guys have no Idea How bad life is in Brazil for people who aren't rich.
Always got love for ney...... that wc goal against Croatia was worth going thru..... hes had his share of hard luck.... hopefully theres one last redemption story
kids always looked up to either messi or ronaldo, but secretly all wanted to be like neymar
The problem is the football world, they burden neymar saying he has to become this, but it doesn't really matter because what matters is what he wants out of his career, maybe he never wanted to be number 1🤷
If he never wanted to be number 1 he could've stayed in Barca in Messi's shadow and continued winning every club level trophy. He just wanted to party.
Bro ran from Messi's shadow to Mbappe's shadow legendary
yall are cruel 😭
Kkkk ppl who watch football from reels got this empty opinion
@@latravissparrow4204 Mbappe was the focal point at PSG right
@@NkemUtomino he wasn't during Neymars first few seasons
It was injuries Neymar got that forced mbappe to step up
Without injury Neymar was great in psg ( Expect pochettino time) and you are saying about shadow 😂
Neymar ! It's not too late change your ways please
You're my favourite football player
How isn’t this getting 100 thousand of views bro this is GOOD🔥🔥
Holy moly, the amount of effort in finding great clips really makes the whole Thing click.
Nice one dude, also great flow
The media killed Neymar, especially in the famous comeback against psg
How??
@@alphamale3692ask Paul Pogba and Mane will give u the answer and many other players
@@alphamale3692the media made Neymar's head to be in the cloud, he was brainwashed by the media to leave Barcelona and join another team where he could be the star man. He would have made that decision. ESPN and the other top sport media and pundits were the true culprit of the dreaded saga
@@monstergaminghd1083no Neymar’s family are to blame if I’m not mistaken Neymar’s manager is his father. His father wanted Neymar to leave barça.
@@monstergaminghd1083 The problem here was never the media fully, the biggest enemy in neymar's career was neymar, he was extremly enjured prone, one of the reason why messi and ronaldo dominated the way they did it is because of how rare it was for them to get injured, something that neymar did all the time specially at the crucial moments, if they guy dint spend more of his career injured or diving he might had reached the stars but he did not, neymar's biggest enemy wasnt messi, the media, money, ronno or whatever, he lacked the diciplined and commitment to stay at 100%.
neymar one of the biggest what if players of all time. He had it all in his locker the only let down was his discpline to always be the best which separates him from ronaldo and messi.
Unmatchable quality of content. GREAT WORK!!
means a lot ❤
Imagine a rivalry of 3 goats. That would’ve been really interesting.
Idc what ANYONE says, Neymar's 4 biggest disappointments (wc 2014 vs Colombia, 2020 Champions League Final vs Bayern, 2021 Copa America Final vs 🇦🇷 and the 2022 wc quarter final vs 🇭🇷) none of them were his fault, he was either brutally injured or Neymar tried creating chances and his teammates wasted them (Mbappé vs Neuer) he isn't like Cristiano Ronaldo who in his latter years begs for the ball so he can score a goal, or like Messi who gets painted as the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ and "could do no wrong", he is Neymar Jr, he has an innate ability to make a game of football both entertaining as well as practical, but Neymar Jr can't be surrounded by players who can't do their jobs and still manage to carry, look at Ozil for example, he was unbelievable before the 2019/20 szn, but bc Arsenal went through a poor time in terms of performances, it's Ozil's fault that the team isn't working??? Pls don't make this argument ever again smh 🤦♂️
The prince who never became king😢
He has always been the king.❤❤❤. We have many kings!!!! He is one of them.❤❤❤
neymar just got into the game 10 years too early.. there is no way he could outshine messi n ronaldo, even if he stayed at barcelona
Nice video, dude 👍
For us who love beautiful football Neymar will remain king forever no matter what happened to his career
I hate how often the word ‘GOAT’ is thrown around when it literally refers to the “the greatest of all time” which means ONE player, not two, not three, but one. Neymar could’ve been considered the best player of this current generation but the greatest of all time? Not even close.
I think it varies from person to person it doesn’t actually matters who people consider as the GOAT cause difference people have different opinion
He hasn't had a bad career. It's just Neymar's potential was so great he really could have succeeded Messi & Ronaldo as a GOAT. A career of what ifs.
great vid mate! Need a thumbnail designer?
Talent >>>
Character & discipline
Simple answer : His dad never thought he could be the best at barca
That Neymar Transfer almost changed football forever I feel like it was a focal point of when football changed.
He led his national team to their first ever gold metal in the Olympics. He also won titles with Santos and Barcelona. Again most professional players today dream of having a career like his. Anyone’s that’s played any sport knows you don’t get to be mentioned in the top 5 or 10 best players of you time by being a flop or not working hard at it.
Neymar never really had the chance of becoming the GOAT. However he had the chance of finishing his career with at least one Ballon d'Or.
Atleast now he can end up his career by having more money house fame Lexus etc.
Money means nothing lol
@@NickPhillips-yf2re What a stupid thing to say. Money greater than legacy
Lol, y think something materialistic will make u happy. As long as your comfortable can live and buy food and a house that’s all u need. Cars and yachts do nothing for your soul
@@denzela5539lol money would never be greater then legacy n your name is all you got when you go away lol you think pele would’ve been remembered as the richest player or the best to do ? There’s levels his legacy would’ve got him paid regardless don’t be foolish you play for the jersey in front n name on the back . Maybe Neymar had fun regardless but legacy is all you carry on wether your living or past away.
quality is insane
I remember all the bs he did before leaving to PSG and he didn't leave to win the ballon d'or he left for money and the problems he had with the managers because of his EGO. The "I'm staying" post when he was in Barcelona and then a week later signing with PSG, essentially making fun of the club...
He could've won the ballon d'or in Barcelona, but he left because of his ENORMOUS EGO and that was HIS decision.
Great doc. Neymar's basically the football world's equivalent of Scrappy Doo.
I feel so bad for his even though he's definitely fulfilled his own wants he hasn't fulfilled his potential. if instead of going to psg he could've made a mark for a premier league team and could've still been playing there today. His injury plagued career has stopped him too and he could've thrived at the top level today.
hard work beats talent mate
always
Talent +hardwork. Hardwork alone goes no where.
He was still one of the best to ever do it, but staying at the top is very difficult
everyone saying he was selfish don’t understand how bad his injured were and frequent after the brazil injury at the world cup that was the decline . watch his documentary he talks about his injures . he was fouled 5 times per game in that world cup. crazy . and after that he got more and more injured and at psg he performed super good but was injured too much.
Neymar will always be king, most plays playing with him were never close to his level of play and thinking
There's a hundred guys better than him
A legend in he's own bathtime
Neymar was too busy fixing his hair, instead of training hard and having a healthy life style to reach the potential he had.
Spending his physical peak at psg, and injured (I would argue the two are related) has a big part of it.
god you guys are so dramatic, he had a decent career, probably best brazilian ever and if not at least top 5 brazilian ever, if you ask me, that is fucking amazing, he was fine just injury riddled
If Neymar had the same work ethic as C.Ronaldo, who knows what he could of achieved.
sometime we make decisions that can affect our lives completely
Neymar could have been the greatest player i would have ever seen if he never left barcelona
Hve u forgotten that messi and ronaldo were still playing
Started to believe in his own immortality
Well, he might not be a football legend, but he's certainly one of the richest that's ever played.
Like many talented Brazilian players before Neymar, alcohol and late night partying was their weakness.
the prince that never became king.
he's amazing, but Ronaldo and Messi were just too much for him , the 2 GOATS can do tricks all right for fans to clap, but they dont waste time on it like Neymer does , they find ways to win the game score more , NEYMER should have learnt that from them
Had he won that UCL final the conversat...never mind
Neymar could have stayed at Barcelona, remained loyal be paid crazy money. He decided to seek personal glory. He could had been a Legend. Or he could have gone any Premier League Big 5 when he decided to leave Barcelona. Man Utd would had been excellent. He would had been the main man there even today. A shame.
I hate how people blame Neymar for not reaching the highs he could’ve like look what he has achieved bro has had 1 of the greatest careers and had he been born 10 years earlier or later he would’ve won 2/3 balón dors and maybe a wc everyone expects people to be at the same standards as Messi and Ronaldo which is impossible even pele and Maradona don’t compare to them and they’re 3/4 oat Neymar is easily up their with dinho and R9 and if you disagree you haven’t a clue what good football is
Neymidia would had been a sub in the 2002 Brasil squad. He was over hyped.
no if neymar is downfall started as Barcelona. if went to Chelsea his dream could be something else. at that time Chelsea was at is best with the best players. and on top of that mourino was there
The prince that never became a king!
Neymar 👑 ⚽
😢
The Neymar curse
No matter what people say Neymar was one of the greatest players ever ❤
quality
He never worked on ankle strength and flexibility exercises.
Can you make the one for Eden Hazard?
His is the anti-Neymar. Was a great team player. Had no interest in becoming one of the greatest.
Every body chant Neymar change
When ego is bigger than the talent, problems ensue.
They also hyped to be next Pele it’s not just about his bad decisions and being tempted to party all the time and being tempted of Money, that’s why I say stop with the phrase next Messi or next Ronaldo, next maradonna or next Dinho or next iniesta or next Zidane ect let them be themselves without pressure, comparing is making them want to do even more but that is making them even worse
They were scared of Neymar, so they took him down and injured him alot until the point where is body gave up on him...
When psg promise they are building a project, I promise you they are lying. Them boys been building a project since 2011, the whole monopolising ligue 1 thing is also starting to crumble.
His downfall was his greed and ego that was further fueled (and probably was inspired) by his family.
Robinho, Adriano, Balotelli, me..the list is long.
Neymar would’ve been better off playing with Real Madrid and CR7. He never got to understand the work ethic and professionalism and winning mentality needed to be the best.
This guy would have been the best after Messi&CR7..Somehow he ruined his own shine by poor decisions, pride and lack of consistency.🙃🙃
Now it’s all about mbappe
He loves money more than football. The day he moved to PSG was the day his career ended. If he stayed at Barcelona, he would have won at least 2 more UCLs and so many other titles.
He could have been much better but still a he is very good player
Eh, lets be fair here he was never winning 3 WC like Pele or 8 Balondor like Messi. People had way too high expectations that talent alone cant match.
People expected him to be a God and even if he never was, he was a marvel of the game we all love.
Neymar was born in the wrong era. Ronaldinho existed at the end of the era where skillful players really entertained.
1 neymar jr believe
He was never an all out footballer, ive said this since i seen him, just skill tallent but no ambition, just a show off no football siriousnrss
This video is unwittingly revealing that Messi has attracted the support of the establishment, whilst the "New", embodied in Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar had to be suppressed.
Messi was a re-edition of Maradona, with less charisma. The short, left-footed player is over. Cristiano Ronaldo played equally well with both feet, with the head, and all of his body for that matter. He could resolve games on his own, not depending on a team around him.
He was attracting too much money, money and attention that made the UEFAs and FIFAs of this world uncomfortable.
Messi was a good patsy to support and deflect from the NEW.
He was supposed to be the Greatest Brazilian player after Pele but because of greed and lack of seriousness and the love for tooo much money destroyed his career he shouldn't have left Barca
I honestly dont blame him for living Barcelona all thought as his biggest fan i wish he did not he was at his peek and carried Barcelona when he needed to but all the credit went to the star boy Messi. i wont lie Messi is good but Neymar is as good as him if not better at times and i think he deserved the star boy podium most of the time when it was given to Messi and not him. think whatever you think but Neymar is the best play in history surpassing most of the greats of food his just unluck and let the criticism of fans get to him which made us lose our Starboy us fans of him and thats hurt breaking
He wouldn’t become the third best player but the fourth best. Horaine Smith more popularly known as Horeign forever is way above every other football player. Corruption, wickedness and crab in barrel resulted in him not reaching the eyes of the world. Fighting him down and fighting him down.
Neymar probably could save MU 🙃
Its better to be in messi's shadow than to be in mbappe's shadow
He was undisciplined, too into women, thought he was a businessman first then footballer second (the reverse were to be true, like Messi and Ronaldinho), he was always looking for the spotlight instead of being the man for the next match. He maybe be Brazil' best skilled footballer to never raise the cup.
Stupid video. That ending was very stupid. Neymar will be remembered for being an amazing player.
The Antonio Brown of futbol?
I’m willing to bet Klopp would’ve gotten the best out of Neymar.
If only mbappe scored against liverpool in that final. Neymar did his job! That day ruined his europe career hence the tears
Jason gay💀💀💀💀

Neymar was just nowhere near the discipline of Pele and the GOATS. No discipline, he brought it all on himself.
At some point you need to look at life and say, that shit that Im pursuing, just ain't worth it, there are much more in life than the ultimate success. Messi obviously has that - but would that finally make him happier? I don't think so... You get caught up with "success" like billionairs comparing who has the most billions - like it really matters... Like they will ever spend them all... No they won't - so no it doesn't matter.
Neymar should have stayed in Messi's shadow. Learn from the Man - he isn't at 8 ballon dors for nothing. In fact - Messi should one day write books about football because the guy is a genius... Neymar was really tecnical, but he wasn't a genius - he could have been one if he just stayed and learned from Messi.
Should have gone for olympic diving instead of football, would have had a better career as he was clearly made for the former sport rather than the latter. An embarassment for any serious football fan. You see a million clips of Messi and other greats taking dozens of hits in a matter of minutes and still standing on their feet, and then you see a million clips of anyone farting in Neymar's direction and the guy instantly doing a triple backflip followed by a barrel roll.
All the football pundits know what happened, these plays you all keep saying are brilliant aren't, they're over rated, messe Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, gazza, best are or were very good, but there are many as good,in the 70s I watched BRAZIL I can honestly say there has never been a team like them, all very good players, goalkeeper bit iffy, for me the only one who reached real super star player in recent years is Ronaldinho, would have got in that 70s BRAZIL team, I would say to anybody just take a look, last of the real super stars 😊
Neymar was created by the poor and destroyed by then rich
Disgrace of a player spends more time on the floor than fighting on the pitch with his team mates. He wouldn't have lasted a season in the premier league, does not work hard enough. Think he's better than he is mbappe is the same.
He had everything in his hands to be the greatest but he was selfish and wanted all the attention
Should have been Ronaldinho > Messi > Neymar. Messi will forever be the greatest of all time even if that would have happened but Neymar was meant to take the mantle at Barça.
