I bought these for my 2022 Guzzi Special. The good: They look good. The bad: They are small in both volume and weight capacity. 3 kg. is puny my friends. One gets there very quickly and though I didn't want large panniers, these are on the verge of why bother? The volume makes it a challenge to just get a light motorcycle jacket in them and just forget a leather jacket or armored textile jacket. The side opening is a drag compared to say, Givi's 22l top opening cases. Hard to load and your stuff on the kickstand side want to dump out.The bag liners as an (expensive option), are just stupid (to me), and they will get caught up in the case's labyrinth seal. These are like a cross between functional panniers and a glove box. They do look great on my Guzzi however and the C-bow mount is easy to use and looks good (mine are chrome) when the panniers are off the bike. But be aware you'll be paying a lot for style and not much function.
I am considering this bike for the part of the year I live in Chiang Rai. I currently run a KTM 390 Duke. If I do get a 660, I will get this luggage system. I came across it a few years ago. H&B stuff is top quality. I had a Gobi top case on my B-King for years.
Yep. The cases are very nice quality. Very happy with them. The Trident is a great bike. Looks good and goes well. There are however some things i don't appreciate, but hey, no bike is perfect. 🙂 The B-king was a hell of a bike! Do you still own it?
Also.. Does these boxes save the handle bar when it falls? Just looking for handle bar protection but not getting much options so was curious if these boxes once installed wud save the handle bar..
Hey there! Fantastic to see another female biker 👍 My wife actually let her bike fall over, with the cases on. It's was referred on this video: ua-cam.com/video/juyM1kihQ18/v-deo.html The engine cover, handle bar cap, lever were slightly damaged, as was to case of course, and the foot peg snapped off.. Nothing else though. So no, the cases will not save the handlebars 👍 I think the only way to save handlebars would be with a metal cage, like the ones used on learning school bikes. But they look awful 😖
@@John_Neves oh okay. Are the legs not in an awkward position to the foot pegs given there’s bags on each side? Coz im thinking of doing the same setup but not with the hard shell. Just checked the hepco & becker website and they have variety of bags to choose from.

I think there is talks finishing what we started, but don't know when exactly mate, glad you got the boots sorted😁
Nice. Give me a buzz when you come back 👍
There's lots more to see, but only if you know what to look for 😁
I bought the same luggage system. Ideal for a weekend away but you need the top box for a tour
Depends on how light you can pack. I'll post a video on that when we arrive back from our trip 👍😉
But my wife seemed to manage 🤣
Thanks for the review buying this for my trident..
These cases are looking good!
Enjoy your journey and safe trident!
Thanks man 👊💪

@@John_Neves Hi, John. I sold it in 2019 after 7.5 years. A bit heavy. I have a Yamaha MT-01 now. I've had it since 2015, but I want to sell it.
Genial vídeo. Una pregunta, cabe un casco jet en el interior?
Muchas gracias
Infelizmente no...
@@John_Neves muchas gracias por contestar. Enhorabuena por los vídeos!!!
Hi John, how wide is the 660 with the cases fitted? Thanks
Hey there 👋
75cm wide. Wherever the handlebars fit, so will the cases 👍
There's hard cases for the Triumph Street Twin 2020?
When attached to the bike, are they wider than the handlebar or mirrors? Might be difficulty when lane filtering (legal in our place)
Hi there 👋
Ever so slightly wider than the bars. For the most part, Where the bar fits, you'll get the cases through 👍
where can I buy this system for my 2023 Triump Trident 660? I live in Florida, USA. Can someone send me a link where to buy please.
Hi there 🖐
Sorry, I'm from Europe... I have no idea where you could get this from in the states 😬

@@John_Neves Many thanks Mate. That helps!! 💯
Do we need to remove the grab rails to install these boxes?
Hi there. Yes you do. But it is possible for the pillion to hold on to the case handles, if necessary 👍
@@John_Neves OK, obrigado
Would the official Triumph pinion grab handles interfere with this mount system?
Yes. The instruction manual says they will interfere 😉
Has anyone have tried this particular setup with a passenger at the back? Is it possible to have side bags and a passenger at the same time?
@@kenneth7662 yes 👍

@kenneth7662 nop. It's just fine. The cases are made no to interfere with the pillion.
Hi, Excellent Video. Where exactly did you buy them? or How Can I find them
I´m from Mexico.
Regards.
Hey there. We got them in Portugal. You should have a hopco & becker representation in Mexico 👍👊👌
How did you remove rear grab gril and cover the gap
I there,
This bike does not come with a grab grill from factory.
did you ever get that new set of boots😁
Tom, how's it going man?
All they needed was a touch of glue 👌😁
Have you guys already planned your next trip to Portugal?
Bom dia, excelentes vídeos parabéns….
Muito obrigado amigo. Falta pôr legendas, mas hão de ser feitas brevemente 😉💪
