- Magang fishing harbor is the easternmost point of Taiwan, and it celebrates a fishing industry that’s over a century old. In the nearby Mao’ao Village, all elementary school students learn to dive before their graduation, preserving the local maritime tradition and way of life. As Leo travels from Magang towards Yilan, he stops by various small fishing harbors and learns about the stories of immigrants from Turtle Island.
