Anyways, that Pikachu N64 system is so cute and adorable! And it's also cool to see that U.S. imports of video game systems (like this one) CAN play Japanese and European imported games.
This is a Japanese imported console, and yes U.S. Nintendo 64s can play Japanese games, you just have to either cut out the tabs that prevent the Japanese imports from going in or order another tray that has no tabs at all. The same applies to the Japanese system. But as for playing European games, NO, the U.S. nor Japanese N64s cannot play PAL games.

SNES, NES (If you have a specific adapter for those small famicom cartridges): YES.
Gamecube and onward: NO.
