1/2 frozen banana
6 frozen blackberries
3 frozen strawberries
21 frozen blueberries
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (optional)
1/4 cup oats
1/2 tsp chia seeds (optional)

also if you want a smoothie bowl for a cheap ass blender like mine then you do ti like this:
normal version:
- equal parts fruit and milk (1/2 cup)
(if your blender can handle it add a lil less milkl than the amount of fruits you use)
- add 2 scoops or 1 scoop of vanilla icecream
- 4 tspb sugar
- if your only using strawberries add vanilla extract not sugar
and then blend and shake occasionally if needed.
it doesnt turn THAT thick where you can hol dit in your hands but its not a smoothie thin either
the healthy version is no vanilla icecream and honey instead
