- I'm back for some more abuse and great music. Let's go! This was such a great performance man. They were on POINT... Liam and Noel play off each other so well with the vocals and guitar in every song i've heard from them. It must be a brothers thing. The last minute of this song is some of the best music of the 90s. Hell, the whole song is. What album should I start to listen to for next week? Let me know in the comments.

Yup, we're Oasis fans and we're fucking everywhere! 😝 As for any negative comments, disregard as nothing. I love your attitude "it's the internet, whatever...". Just brush that shit off, brother. Thanks for your channel. We fucking love it. 🙆
Fuck yeah bro. These are the comments I live for. You rock man. Thanks for watching . And oasis rocks 🪨
Once you go through some of their hits - you should start looking into their b-sides. The Masterplan being a stand out b-side.
The Masterplan is, in fact, the best B-Side ever released, by anyone…. FACT😂
@@dantastic6262You’re probably right.
@@CarlosGomesCabral if Carlsberg did B-Sides…
Rockin' Chair is their best song
@@nowthisisfuuun One of their best. Agreed.
Supersonic! it's one of their best song.
I'm learning about this band with you. So thank you, for doing more ❤
Enjoy your journey, it might be worth looking into Britpop and even the UK indie scene from the late 80's to mid 90's
Fade away is a brilliant song
The sound of Bonehead's rhythm guitar in this is just monstrous
Best part of Oasis is that they just stand there and yet it's the most entertaining thing ever.
lol! I get it
I LOVE THIS ONE!!
Their golden years.
Good Oasis tune. Thanks Lee
Start with ‘Definitely, Maybe’
By starting with the debut album, you will see how they then went on to become a cultural phenomenon.
Cigarettes & Alcohol live by the sea 1995 should be next. Not long after that, they started playing and selling out huge stadium concerts
Loved that gig. Wasn’t fortunate enough to be there but I did get the VHS
Keep going with Oasis, so many classic bangers
@@TheLivigoose I tried to get tickets seeing as it was in my home county. Sadly, I missed out. Saw them 1 year later at Knebworth though 😮💨
Columbia at Southend sounds mega. Best live version by a country mile

@@MrBillyboyroge I saw them in Glasgow 2000 and I’m lucky to get myself a ticket for Edinburgh next year. £177 but I would have paid double that if I had to. It’s only 13 miles from home so would have been devastated not to get one.
Hope you can find your way into getting a ticket somehow 🤘
Their music is pretty cool.
You need to see the Supersonic documentary, and do a reaction to it.
Cheers!
Great reactions.
I was 14 when I first heard it and have been a massive fan since! Definitely Maybe is the album to go with, then WTSMG. But their 2000 output was great. Songs to check out: Live Forever, Columbia, Rock N Roll Star, Headshrinker.
My favourite Oasis song, thanks for doing this one 👍🏼
Just what I needed on a sunny September afternoon!
You look perfectly fine to me 😊
🙂❤️
Man Liam's vocals in this one are the best I've heard from him. Amazing.
@@znk0r if not done so, check out their concert at the cliff’s pavilion, Southend 1995 🔥🔥

The hair looks cool. F*ck 'em.
OASIS! Definitely Maybe is many fans favourite album - Rock N Roll Star, Live Forever, Cigarettes & Alcohol, Slide Away are perennial classics. The Masterplan - a b-side compilation - is a great album, too
I agree with your take re: the Beatles, too. I always thought that was overplayed.
I'm here for Oasis what a killer band. I saw them in 1996 at Lee's Palace in Toronto 600 people. Still one of my favourite band. Thanks for the reaction!
Liam rawdogging it❤. Definitely start with Definitely Maybe.
Top album.
Oasis - I Am The Walrus (Earls Court 1995). Unbelievable cover!
Creation were a legendary Scottish indie label from the 80s. The boss was Alan McGee. Top ginger geezer.
Love the 🎸in sync with his resonant raspy straight from the chest voice
Yeah that was a killer combo right there. Great song
Absolutely biblical! I was lucky enough to see them back in the 90’s and they were a special band. My fav band and I was born in 70’. I grew up w the greatest music ever made and Oasis just gets me in a different way. They were an incredible live band. U got at least another 20 tunes that are killer. Do the live versions from the 90’s.
i used to listen to this CD every morning driving to work for almost a year!
Manchester!!
Best uk 90’s band
I agree man they were amazing. And I’ve only heard like 6 songs max 😂😂
@@L33Reacts try some 90’s Jamiroquai. Different musical genre but they were largely responsible for putting acid jazz funk into the commercial charts
Catchy melodies and a super tight band. The original bassist was a groove meister. A mere teenager when the band formed in 1993
Look forward to seeing you get some sunshine in your life

I don't know. It's close between Oasis and Radiohead
Mad for it!
It would not matter who recorded this, I would still like it. I found the music of Oasis before I knew who was making the music. (supermarket sound system) If you like a sound, you like a sound. Thanks for delving, Lee :)
Exactly! This is just straight up great music. I love it. Haha
Much love to Oasis fans🙂
1994. It was a very good year. ❤️
I’m not familiar with this band. This a good rocking one. It’s really good. Debut single? 👍🏼!
Yeah! No Beatles sound…
That’s the way, Lee.
So articulate!
React to bring it on down live in that year and live forever live a maine road..awesome.
Definitely need to check out Live Forever (Live at Maine Road) ...BIBLICAL!! 🔥 👌
Sweet!
Liam was gorgeous when he was younger. ( Still is ). Perfect hair, skin, teeth, lovely blue eyes, nice lips. Tall, full of swagger and attitude, great voice, great stage presence. He was born to be a rock star.
I can see their appeal.
It's Just Oasis!!! Innit!!
Love your checking out one of the best two bands to come out of the UK in the past 30 years. The other one is The Stone Roses! Who came out in 1985 or so. Both from Manchester. You gotta check them out !!! Oasis was heavily influenced by them and The Beatles!
Next Try:
Oasis -
"Live Forever"
"Some might say"
" Acquiescs"
Stone Roses-
" I wanna be adored".
" Elephant Stone"
" Tears"
Love your show!!💥💥💥
The biggest Oasis line-up was from 1991 to 1999 - Liam Gallagher (vocals), Noel Gallagher (vocals & guitar), Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs (guitar), Paul 'Guigsy' McGuigan (bass)... Tony McCarroll played drums from 1991 to 1995... Alan White played drums from 1995 to 2004.
This line-up recorded 3 of their biggest albums - 'Definitely maybe' (1994)... "(What's the story) Morning glory?" (1995) and "Be here now" (1997)... and a collection of non-album songs 'The Masterplan' (1998)
U can hear John Lennon's influence on Liam Gallagher's vocals... and if u amped up a Beatles song like 'I want to hold your hand' w/ heavy guitars and distortion, it would sound like 'Supersonic'... plus, the lyrics to the song are very abstract, much like Beatles' 'Yellow submarine' or 'I am the Walrus'...
It's NOT likely that bassist Guigsy and drummer Alan White (or drummer Tony McCarroll) will be in the Oasis 2025 reunion... but guitarist Bonehead Arthurs will likely be there - he's been playing in Liam Gallagher's solo band for a few years now... Oasis is basically Liam and Noel Gallagher... Gem Archer (guitar) and Andy Bell (bass) joined Oasis in 2000 until their breakup in 2009... Zak Starkey (drums) did 1 tour and recorded 2 Oasis albums... Chris Sharrock (drums) did the last Oasis tour...
Both Gem Archer and Chris Sharrock play in Noel Gallagher's solo band The High Flying Birds.
'Definitely maybe' is a standout rock record w/ songs like - 'Rock n roll star'... 'Columbia' ... 'Live Forever' ... 'Bring it on down'...
'Morning Glory' was a huge maturity for the band... 'Wonderwall' ... "Don't look back in anger'... and 'Champagne Supernova' were the biggest singles... It was their biggest record w/ hits like - 'Morning glory' ... Roll with it' ... 'Some might say'...
3rd album "Be here now' suffered from Noel Gallagher and the band using too much powder up the nose... and certain tracks became long and tedious... Still, some of their best songs came from it - "D'you know what I mean"... 'Be here now'... 'Stand by me'...
4th album in 2000 'Standing on the shoulder of giants'... was basically a Noel Gallagher solo album w/ Liam on vocals... very mellow, psychedelic record w/ songs like - 'Go let it out' ... 'Gas Panic!' ... 'Who feels love?'
Definitely Maybe is a good choice. Live Forever is my personal favorite song. Don't forget b sides there are some killers from the first 2 album b sides.
You'll get many people telling you they're just a Beatles copy band. Oasis just wear their influences on their sleeves. Bowie, TRex, Slade, Beatles, Smiths, Stone Roses.
They always do this track so fast live , It loses it's vibe , The studio version has such a good sloppy groove. Gotta check out Turn up The Sun Live In Manchester bro ;)x
Thank you for the suggestion bro I just wrote that down. I’ll keep it mind for the next one. 🙏👍
ignore anyone with hateful comments sir, as a massive oasis fan, most of us love loads of bands! i love your reactions too sir. keep the good work up!! React to Oasis Live Forever at Maine Road 4k video if you get a chance!
Anything from Be Here Now. That was the album that got me into Oasis
Also check out their interviews they're comedians without knowing it.
I know and like 6 Oasis songs. This being one of them. A few others you didn't mention are Go Let It Out, Live Forever and one you've may very well have heard before Wonderwall. It's probably their most well known song
Great reaction. Gotta start with Definitely Maybe. Although Oasis are quality studio but biblical live.
If you want to get your mind blowin away you should definitely check out the Budokan '98 version of Champagne Supernova ❤
And if you want to listen to one of the most uplifting and overall greatest tracks from Oasis, then check out Whatever 👍🏻
Btw you're a great dude and I wish you so much more fun on your musical journey!
Im not so much for this group, but I try to listen to some of thier songs
I like how Liam locks his arms in place when he sings. I saw him do it on maybe Letterman or somebody like that and he sang the whole song with his hands in his pockets, what song was it you say? Morning Glory.
Check out "Live Forever ".❤
Someone else mentioned that one too! I’ll keep that in mind for next week. Thank you 🙏
This live version of 'Supersonic' was faster than the studio version... Noel Gallagher said the band cut 'Supersonic' in the studio as quickly as he wrote it and it became Oasis' first hit single... Everything changed overnight for Oasis after 'Supersonic became a hit - crowds showed up selling out their gigs and they were all singing 'Supersonic' in 1994.
Tony McCarroll was the original drummer here... but he was fired in 1995 after 'Definitely Maybe'... because Noel Gallagher was not happy w/ his drumming... Alan White (drums) joined and did their 2nd album onwards until 2004 and the band's sound noticeably changed.
Some people think the lyrics make no sense, but that’s just because they haven’t noticed…. Noel drops lyrics like planting seeds, you drift away into your own little story and it’s all between the lines..
Some think Noel just rips off other music, but that’s just because they haven’t noticed that Oasis are incredibly unique in the way they create a feeling (obviously other bands create feeling, Pink Floyd are incredible and unique in how they do it, but Oasis also have a unique style in this)
Oh come on Lee it's got to Rock n Roll Star next pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese!
start with definitely maybe, the do all the bsides from the singles, then morning glory and the bsides from the singles, do this with every album what im saying is listen to every single song they ever released
Liam really was great. He's not so much anymore but while it lasted it was top of the pops
Hey man, I’m an Oasis fan and have looked like one for 30 years. I don’t give a fuck about your hair bro, you need to be yourself, you can’t be no one else!
Early live stuff is where it’s at to see why we loved them. There are so many great tunes - can I suggest Headshrinker from Live By The Sea. B Side to Some Might Say. They are the best B Side band from the 90s let alone everything else.. Cloudburst, Fade Away, Acquiesce, Rockin Chair, Underneath the Sky, Talk Tonight, Sad Song… there are loads that are mega that were not on the first two albums. Dive in man
Slide away is on definitely maybe fyi.
Lee...are you gonna get on to some Stone Roses?
Dude I’m down for whatever if it’s good! I’ve never heard them before ( I don’t think )
@@L33Reacts Their debut album is mega. Another legendary Manchester band from the late 80s/early 90s.
@@L33Reacts big influence on Oasis
They had quite a few drummers, including Zak Starkey, Ringo's son.
The vocalist was reminiscent of Billy Corrigan, of Smashing Pumpkins.
Definitely a better for than Corrogan.
you need to check out Gas Panic! by Oasis
What's the Story Morning Glory is one of my less popular favorites and the name of my favorte non Who album.
Tony the drummer got dropped by the band shortly after this. Noel didn't believe he was good enough to record the 2nd album.
Just go 1st album 2nd album take a break then 3rd album. And that’s it.
It’s would be interesting to do a hole album.
Maybe listen to something else from Creation records. They were really diverse and non conformist in their signings and very influential in the uk scene of the 90s headed by Alan MGee who discovered Oasis.
im not saying you are wrong i probably am but thought rock n roll stsr was their debut
There is soooo much more to Oasis than the song Wonderwall. It's not even in their Top 20 songs for me.
React The Importance of Being Idle
Noel Gallagher and Bonehead are the melody merchants here. Oh yes they stole all their sound from The Real People.
Has a grunge feel on the backing guitar. Liam sounds better here than he does now. He sounds terrible now. He was never that good a singer in all honesty.
Sorry folks, but this band sucks.
Why comment then?
@@englishkiwi3051 Am I not allowed to offer my opinion? Or is it only you are? Pick one and go with it.
@@bwana-ma-coo-bah425 I mean you didn't offer any analysis about the song... you probably didn't bother listening to it, you'd only heard wonderwall and felt the compulsive need to show your hatred like "Look at me I'm so cool I hate oasis!" *yawn*
@@englishkiwi3051 I did offer my opinion, and analysis, just in case you missed it, "they suck" now, here is an opportunity for you to show your intelligence. tell me how you deduced from my comment that I hate them? this should be an interesting read.
@bwana-ma-coo-bah425 saying this band sucks shows you hate them fool.... and yiu have provided no analysis about why they suck.... I could say "Stephen Hawking was stupid" but that doesnt make it true does it?!
Listen mate, don't mind the studio tracks. They are the baseline, Oasis were created to perform live and are one of the few artists who's sounds are enhanced live. You should react to Live Forever Maine Road 1996.
Hey bro thanks for the tip… I’ve been throughly enjoying the live ones anyway so might as well continue with them. Thank you for watching!
Keep it up man. Live is best
I still believe that Oasis are one of the greatest bands the world has ever had.
