Upper portion of arm is narrowed a bit as well and stomach is getting flatter and flatter, looks good from the side! Waist is literally ) . ( I want : ).( Update after vacation at the beach : OH MY GODDDDDD GUYS I swear I literally had one of the best vacation ever it was soooooo fun, 5 days wasn’t enough I wish I could stay for longer 🥹 And chat..I looked so good?? Day 8 » I went to the dentist as you may have read above, sadly my diet was rlly bad at one point so the sugar has given me a couple cavities but I’m rlly trying to change it. I painted today too, I painted a woman over a black/red background and a ballet dancer in acrylics. I’m not used to using acrylics, but I’m practicing and that’s the main thing that matters. Oh I also met w my family care worker. She was rlly sweet, but we went into Greggs. I ended up getting a cheese and onion bake cuz they have a similar sauce to the chicken ones and I don’t eat meat. I also got a green tea :)
I also js realised I need to drink way more water LOL. But nah seriously I do not drink enough

dia 5: escutei 4x e senti minha barriga formigar, passou rápido, me sinto mais magra !!
