Glad I live in Oregon where the cops know and now have been told, marijuana is legal, harmless as a beer after work. Sad that people are locked up because of a plant no more harmful than a beer. Never should have been illegal.

No wonder Australia has a massive drug problem. Two years' jail for massive commercial production of cocaine worth millions. For a lot of people that's an entirely reasonable risk to take. Work your whole life for minimum wage, or take the risk - if you win, you become a millionaire and set for life. If you lose, two years.

    • @maryannematthews7176

18000rpm Yeah man, I been thinking the same, most of the episodes I’ve watched the person only gets a few years for large scale production of drugs, worth millions of dollars! And the sentence they get can be reduced by good behaviour etc etc, prolly out before they even serve the full amount of time. Not to mention Aussie prisons are a walk in the park compared to US. Fuck man, worth the risk aye, get in make some coin and get out.

it is weird how the media sends such mixed messages about drugs. "Drug Lords" lol . It is a coincidence that the media is run by people with politically left sympathies and it is in the Left's interest to promote drug use as drug users have strong motives to vote for the Left.
The Right is tough on crime and drugs and the left has progressive drug policies. Triple J government youth radio just plays so much music promoting drug culture it certainly looks like they know what they are doing.

U would think an operation of this size would have some counter surveillance like cameras and silent alarms.... I have watched about a dozen of these vids now on this channel and while they are all interesting it just seems the cops always get them because they break in n check out the chemicals n look for scales n shit but my point is that if the drug manufacturers just knew the cops broke which they would no instantly if they invested in a couple cheap cameras n maybe n alarm system that trips on ther phone I mean shit this stuff is not expensive anymore n they could abandon the operation n move on .... c'mon son step up to get ya rep up !

I agree that 2 years is a slap on the wrist, but then again, any property of theirs that can't be explained how they paid for, will be confiscated under the NSW Proceeds of Crime Act 1989.
