I like marvel boy don't need any of the older cards in these spotlights but I'd love a variant of some of the ones I don't have one for.
It's hard to know which cards I actually want if you don't tell me what they do.

Hydra Bob: After each turn, this moves if a player Snapped.
Ajax: Ongoing: +1 Power for each card in play afflicted with negative Power.
CopyCat: When you draw this, steal the text from the bottom card of your opponent’s deck.
Marvel Boy: After each turn, give 3 of your 1-Cost cards +1 Power.
Wiccan: On Reveal: If you’ve spent all your Energy this game, +2 Max Energy.
Speed: Ongoing: +1 Power for each turn in which you spent all your Energy.
Hulkling: At the start of the game, copy the text of a random 6-Cost card.

That iron lad variant and Jeff variant are so enticing to throw keys at but speed is so bad.
The Marvel Boy week is so good, they decided to throw in a mid Ryan Kinnaird variant (Blob) to not overdo things.
Jeff is (and Iron Lad) is so good, they pumped the breaks a bit and threw in a RK variant that week too =\
He already does ALL the base art and most of whimsical "Summer Vacation", "Venomized", "luchador"... it feels like they are skimping on featuring other artists, and shortchanging folks that are spending their hard-earned spotlight keys.

I had thanos as one of my first series fives in the token shop, pinned him and spent a few months saving tokens before I finally got him and now he’s gonna be in a spotlight 😭😭
Two cards I bought with tokens and keys were dropped to series 3 soon after. Made me want to quit lol

As player who just came back from a 3 month break from this game I really appreciate this vids so I can plan ahead my "moves" even tho resources are very scarce,been buying all season passes before and I just stopped having fun so I hope now I will enjoy the game more as a F2P player "free stress",if that makes sense...😅 Thank you so much!!

I don't have Thanos despite starting the game in September 2022 so I will definitely be pulling for Copycat. Ripping an ability and putting it on a 3/5 sounds pretty good to me!
She will reveal the ability she copied, so she's not that good.

That brings the cube equity of the card way down
I seriously doubt it, considering that cards like Cable, Mirage, and White Queen don't show your opponent which card got stolen/copied, and having that information is a major part of why those cards are used in the first place.

What is your definition of “climbed like crazy”? Something tells me you hit a wall of win rate at some point.

Hey any update on the ARISHM uncut infinity conquest? Or is it really that tough to make work.?
I don’t know, I won 3 out of 5 infinity conquests with Arishem deck. And I never won more than one in a season before. Maybe it was luck, maybe I got better at playing, but anyway this is the most efficient deck I played in a long time.

For the first time as far back as I can remember, the Thanos/Copycat/Cull week is the first spotlight where I literally don't have a single one of the cards, so I'm stoked for that week.
It is criminal to call nimrod a garbage card imo.
I won infinity avatar with my namora nimrod deck twice this weekend. Nimrod is hard to out power he’s amazing

Namora is like second shuri can also buff venom and carnage solo lanes that ate them Zola the venom if bad draw lot of win cons. Sorry I put gamora instead of namora so you might not have her and this is all useless but yeah

As a fairly new player only having played one month of series 3 and up I’m going all in for thanks and copycat week and just gonna use one on galacatus just for some fun not sure what I’ll do with my keys after that, would like to know what I should plan to get (I can get one key a week on average)

I think Hydrabob will be quite good for the experienced players with a controllable move, but I’m saving for Domino & Thanos.
It’s not controllable though. You can decide if but not where. Kinda bummed he got nerfed but he was probably op
@@joerandom2582 I was debating saying semi-controllable, but I really meant using an external event to time the move creates another layer you use to trick opponents into getting more cubes or to empty the location when you choose without waiting a turn like you do with the other movers.

How dare you say Nimrod is a bad card? 😂 He's amazing in a Phoenix Force deck. You would be surprised to see how often something like Shuri- Nimrod-Venom-Deathlock wins the game
Low cube rate and very dependable
@@Eudemon69 Well, he doesn't give you a lot of 4 or 8 cubers because he's kinda predictable, but that doesn't make him a bad card by any means.
He's pigeon-holed into a few specific archetypes, low cube rate due to predictability, often just a backup plan to the actual goal of a deck, countered by several cards (Cosmo the destroy card, red guardian, shadow king to remove Shuri buffs, armor, etc). He's a useable card but he isn't super good either.

If he said something like "he isn't that great" ok I can understand that point of view, he could use the arguments that you're saying and it's fair, but a "pretty garbage card" to me it has to be something barely playable and that's not the case for Nimrod.
@@Facusblues I agree. He is nowhere near "garbage" tier. Nimrod is loads more useful than Kang or any other card that you'd rather anything else. When he works, he works well enough to feel good about it.
Hi guys . Quick question. I am a beginner with low collection level ( CL : 1000). Should i pull for Arishem now ? ( Have 3 keys). Or should i continue to hoard them up and use them later ?. If yes , could you recommend what card to pull for ? Thank you
Personally, I would recommend getting Arishem for a couple reasons. Firstly, he unlocks an entirely new archetype for you. Secondly, just for fun factor, he allows you to play cards you've never played before and don't even own.
I'd pull. Arishem gives you a taste of so many cards you don't have, a refreshing way to play when you're feeling down using your other decks
Thanks guys . I was quite hesitant to pull for him since I don't have the supporting cards like blob/ mockingbird . I am really in need of some cards that can help me play in the current meta. Currently getting wrecked by Hela, Death, Knull, Wong ...

Wiccan has surfer potential even as a 4 cost.
Quicksilver and Domino guarantee using full energy on T1 and 2. A Surfer package is already filled with a ton of 3 cost cards which raises the likelihood that you will get a 3 cost by turn 3 (if you don’t, that’s insane) and then if you have Wiccan, that’s an easy Wiccan on 4.
7 energy on T5, 8 energy on T6, 9 energy on T7 (if your 3 cost card on T3 was Magik)

*Spotlight Keys rant*
So, I’ve played every day since launch. I buy the season pass every month. I complete all of the challenges every day. You would think I’d have a complete collection right? No, each week I grow further away from that goal.
On average I’d say I gain just over 1x Spotlight Key per week. What’s frustrating is to keep having to spend a month’s worth of keys (x4) to get the one card I want. Then I have to save up and skip weeks of new releases again. A lot of the time I’m not even interested in the spotlight variants either, so that feels like 2 keys wasted.
What’s with the randomness of spotlight caches as well? My friend has managed to get so many cards using just ONE key recently. It seems like he does it every week! Yet I always seem to have to spend all 4 keys?
Token acquisition is too slow as well, roughly taking around 3 months to get 6000 tokens.
There needs to be a better way, other than spending thousands of dollars. I thought Snap was supposed to F2P friendly anyway, so they claim in the adverts!!! Yet you can buy bundles that include credits, tokens and keys etc!? 😂

It is such a bummer I no longer play this game. Love watching the videos tho. I just could not keep up with getting new cards due to awful cache system. Keep getting variants and was always lagging behind with decks

I wish we had more tech card re-runs. I'd rather add Red Guardian and USAgent to my collection than most of these cards. Ngl. It sucks how heavily relied on the tech cards are to combating opponents. If you don't interact with them at all you're getting smoked. And the best tech cards are S5. Red Hulk week is probably the closest to a must save week for me. Jeff and Iron Lad would be up there too, but Speed. Yikes. If the September Spotlights are anything close to the actual weeks we'll get, I think there's 2 Summer weeks I'd throw keys at and just stockpile til Autumn. I'll chase Red Hulk and I'll chase Iron lad/Jeff. Then sit on keys til September.
