I grew up with bread pudding and love the cinnamon roll or cinnamon raisin bread twist of it! The only thing my recipe requires that yours doesn't is melted butter. May not be needed here - looks awesome!!!
Okay. I've made this twice and watched it a few more times than that. Am I missing the oven temp? Just curious. Mine came out fine when I made it. I'm currently about to put another in the oven. But just wanted to know. I went to the website too. It only shows the egg nog bread pudding. Thank you so much!!!!
Bread pudding is forgiving enough as a dessert that you can use a fairly wide range of oven temperatures.I personally prefer to go on the low end at about 225, and give it about a 2-3 minute broil at the end to crisp up the top. My guess is that he's at about 350.

I make my awesome never shared hot fudge for when I make cheesecake. You can also do this with the pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls that are out in the autumn. I use those and I add Blobs of cream cheese all over the place and the little bit of liquor and it makes for a delicious dish on the brunch table. ;-). I could take this in so many directions.
I know you don't like cinnamon but you need to try Vietnamese Cinnamon. It's in a class all it's own. I buy mine from Penzeys spices. They're on line and they have brick and mortar stores. Not sure if there one in SD. Trust me I've converted other cinnamon haters.😊
Do the same shape as the Grands biscuits! I prefer my Save-A-Lot brand they're soft and fluffy and they're not all hard all the way through like Pillsbury biscuits and sweet rolls are. Cheaper as well :-)
Sam, there used to be a "diner" type place, in Marina Del Rey, that had cinnamon roll French toast. They also had a "Chili Sundae." Cinnamon roll French toast, you can probably figure out, but the Chili Sunday, was a scoop of some KILLER mashed potatoes, topped with, again KILLER chili, and a cherry. Cherry tomato. (And Cheese.) I made this but used Black strap rum and raisins. Amazing!

When you put the pudding in the oven was it on a certain temperature or just a cold oven?
Just put it on a bread pudding type heat. That's my best guess.

Personally I would let the cinnamon roll cubes sit out overnight but that's just me.
