    Sam, the cotlette that you made its called "milanensa" in Argentina, here we don't season with garlic powder, but add parsley and fresh garlic to the eggs. When you put the sauce and cheese on top, that is called "milanesa napolitana" but dont use that steam method to melt the cheese, put it in the oven for a moment, and make them with tenderloin instead of chicken, and serve with mashed potatoes or fries. Thats an Argentinian classic

    What a delicious yet simple to make sandwich. Salad on the side, baked seasoned sweet potato slices, and it’s a great meal. Brush the outside top and bottom of the bun also with a little coating of the garlic butter, then sprinkle with the ground parmesan on the top part of the bun. While the inside of the bun toasts that will melt over the outside, give the entire bun a boost in deliciousness. Thanks Sam! Great video.

    Hey Max. Please let your Dad be himself man. The main reason i watch is because as your Dad stated when he sent out Demos " Not using CHEF SPEAK" was important to him. There are plenty of channels on YT that use courser language in a more derogatory way. Your Dad is cool, laid back, NOT UGLY like some idiot said and should be allowed to speak his mind w/o knowing he will be bleeped out, That's what makes him awesome besides his food knowledge. Thanx for reading bud ................

      You said it perfectly, Rex. I just jumped on the Sam bandwagon, and I am so impressed, real food, cooked in a real kitchen/yard, with a really cool guy just hanging out and cooking it for me. I love that we get mistakes made right in front of us (not edited out) and real language I can understand, I know I cuss in my kitchen when things go wrong. I have made 3 recipes now and blown my husband socks off with the flavors!! Real food, Real Delicious!

    Hey Sam, loving the videos. I think it would be cool to see your interpretation of a budget meal. Maybe something you make with ingredients that are around $15-$20. Keep up the good work.

    Just gotta say this tomato sauce recipe is the absolute best. We made chicken parm last night using the sauce from your pizza video and it's life changing. Love your channel so much - I'm learning so much!

    Your obsession with olive oil.. (neutral oil), gives me acne just looking at it.

    • @MichaelRei99
      @MichaelRei99 6 років тому

      Ghosty he has an obsession with overpowering his food with seasoning until you can no longer taste the original ingredient.

    • @MichaelRei99
      @MichaelRei99 6 років тому

      Jenny D hate to break it to you but I have more cooking experience than everyone commenting plus Sam put together. I can’t help it that you have unsophisticated taste buds. You like everything seasoned until it no longer tastes like the initial ingredients, a real cook accentuates the natural flavor of the food. His cooking is like hitting a finishing nail with a sledge hammer. Go ahead say something else about me which you know nothing about.

    • @MichaelRei99
      @MichaelRei99 6 років тому

      Jenny D what’s presumptive about it? I’ve seen enough of his videos to know how the man cooks. Obviously there are a lot of people like you that like that style of cooking. It’s like watching a car wreck scene , it’s hard to look away. So you dont think that using garlic heavily on the chicken the breading and the butter is not overkill? Please!

    • @MichaelRei99
      @MichaelRei99 6 років тому

      Jenny D well you are the bitch and yes I hate you!😂 . You need to learn some discipline. If you don’t like someone’s comment move along. And glad I could get under your skin. It’s fun watching idiots come unhinged!
