I love the excitement you have for cooking. So many of us are so busy we don't even cook anymore. And you make good stuff and show us how easy it is. Good stuff!
Sam I started watching your videos like 3 days ago, and I've already seen at least 50 or so. I think today I'm going to make this recipe after I watch the video. I haven't even seen it yet but I know it will be fantastic. Thanks for your videos!

Same! I’m binge watching like a SOB. Super thankful he didn’t listen to all the hateful comments in past videos throughout the years and continues to make awesome content.
Sam, the cotlette that you made its called "milanensa" in Argentina, here we don't season with garlic powder, but add parsley and fresh garlic to the eggs. When you put the sauce and cheese on top, that is called "milanesa napolitana" but dont use that steam method to melt the cheese, put it in the oven for a moment, and make them with tenderloin instead of chicken, and serve with mashed potatoes or fries. Thats an Argentinian classic
What a delicious yet simple to make sandwich. Salad on the side, baked seasoned sweet potato slices, and it’s a great meal. Brush the outside top and bottom of the bun also with a little coating of the garlic butter, then sprinkle with the ground parmesan on the top part of the bun. While the inside of the bun toasts that will melt over the outside, give the entire bun a boost in deliciousness. Thanks Sam! Great video.
I made this last night and I have to say.... it was great! I used store bought garlic toast to save time as I get off work late. But still was amazing. Thanks for what you do please keep it up. And thanks for the many uploads a week
