Oh yeah. I, like you, went on the app today to see the upcoming releases when the FLX merge option came up. I merged it and they said work on your way to X3.... I'm thinking, "Oh, maybe the points will pop up if you update your personal settings for points" *being hopeful*. Just to find out that I have 500 pts total and lost everything from before. Needless to say, that was some BS and I'm upset at this new trash a**system in place.
Absolutely pissed off with the footsites update. Lost my points and rewards! And the new setup is just unattractive and confusing

Yes I remember playing in them... Still have them actually. I enjoyed playing in them. I got the white red colorway that didn't have the flywire but was like quilted. Idk what to call it, but I enjoyed playing in them. I was a bigger guard, 6' 5" 240 at the time, so I feel like alot of lebrons worked for me more than some smaller players. Court feel was the biggest thing I had an issue with cause even though I was a bigger player I really am a fan of forefoot zoom air. Hell my favorite combo is a zoom in the forefoot with a large volume whatever, air, air max, tuned air, double stack zoom etc. in the heel. Anyways I digress. I enjoyed the lbj 7.
I currently have the recent Lebron 7 Red Carpet. I feel comfortable in them casually but haven't played ball in them yet. Really dope review and very in depth and honest feedback. Keep it up. 👌

I still have the original LeBron 7 Christmas edition. Played many games in them and still wear casually today. One of my more comfortable shoes. Absolutely love them. And I'm a Jordan man. 😀

I remember these this is what started the LeBron line I went crazy with these tried to get as much colors as possible.
I tried these on back when they released and I have to say I agree with you. Felt very unstable, I went with a Max Hyperfly PE. Super stable and great fit. That sucks about the App.

I actually played in the originals back 2009. I had one of my most gruesome ankle injuries back then just from dribbling down the court. It might’ve come from going up half a size to accommodate for my ankle braces back then, but that injury has made me stay away from air max cushioning for basketball. I’ve stuck to more lower profile cushions since then, but these def are throwback to those days

4>10>11>17>15/16. I don't like Air Max Lebrons except for the 17s. Honorable mention to the Lebron 20-5-5 for having the bounciest Zoom setup I've ever felt, if you know of a bouncier zoom setup please let me know!

Original price of the 7 was $160. I love this model and I bought a lot of the OG's. The Red Carpet 7 is my favorite LBJ of all-time. Great review, and I love how your wife always gives her honest reactions of the shoes since she's not a "sneakerhead."

Had the PS Lebron 7 and I gave em away because that heel was way too tippy. Double stack zoom in the heel was very comfortable but the instability was not working for me, especially since I’m a small player. And the fit was trash. First gen flywire was a huge gimmick from nike but it’s whatevs. Always wanted the regular Lebron 7. One day, no rush. Awesome review Chris!
