      I think okāsan(お母さん)is an okurigana, because there are kanas that come after it.
      Also you use okāsan if you are talking about someone else’s mom thus the「お」at the beginning

    What exercises should be done in order to learn kanji for first grade. I mean, I learned them by writing, by meaning and then I get examples (in sentences or words) of those which had more than one reading.
    So, I still need to exercise over them, what exercises should I do?
    If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

    • @learningkanji3930
      @learningkanji3930  7 років тому +9

      Japanese elementary students generally learn kanji through exercises of reading and writing in sentences, phrases or words(usually reading→then writing). Exercise website, for example, are print-kids.net/print/kokugo/1nensei-kanji1/ (←no answer) happylilac.net/sy-kanzi1h.html print.ejuku.com/kanji/kanjitest10/ www.kanji1006.com/1nen-index.html kanken.jitenon.jp/mondai10/ etc.(no English translation, though) For foreigners, the voice text(?) would be helpful. Some foreign learners make flashcards, which might be useful. Thank you.

    I recognized 丸 from a character in an anime whose name is 花丸, so her name means Circle of Flowers, which is kind of cute
    It's funny how a nickname for her is Maru-chan, which means you're effectively calling her Circle-chan, lol

      Yes! And when she's called Zuramaru it means circle of Zuras.... lol

    • @learningkanji3930
      @learningkanji3930  7 років тому +2

      Thank you. She is from Numadu in Shizuoka Prefecture(Southwest of Tokyo) and "zura" is Sizuoka dialect which follows at the end of the sentence. 国木田花丸さんは沼津(Numazu)出身(shusshin be from)ずら(or だら or ら)。

    • @learningkanji3930
      @learningkanji3930  7 років тому +2

      Sorry, I just researched. I made a mistake. The stage of this anime itself seems to be Numazu. 花丸 is born in a temple in Numazu . Other characters speak standard language, but only 花丸 seems to use Shizuoka dialect. "ずらzura" does not seem to be used much by young people today. I have heard of only "らra". Thank you.

    • @learningkanji3930
      @learningkanji3930  4 роки тому

      A red tie matches that jacket. その上着(うわぎ uwagi)には赤いネクタイが合う(au)。
      AがBに合う A matches B
      match positions 位置(いち ichi)を合わせる(awaseru)
      match the words with the music 歌詞(かし kashi)を曲(きょくkyoku)に合わせる(awaseru)
      AをBに合わせる match A with B
      AとBがぴったり合う(au) A and B fit perfectly
      In Japanese, au itself is regarded as an intransitive verb, while awaseru is a transitive, but "A ni au(合う)" means "to match A" which has transitive meaning.

    Which do japanese use more 中or内?

    • @learningkanji3930
      @learningkanji3930  6 років тому

      Well, 中 is more often used, I think, but it depends on the situation or context which of the two is used. 内 is used like これらの内(among these), 内側(inside), そのうち(before long, in due course, ←in this case うち is almost mingled with その and そのうち becomes almost one word), etc. Thank you.

    The Japanese written language looks very difficult to learn. How can anyone write if one needs to take notes on a paper, when it is going to take a lot of time to just write one word? I cannot imagine if you can write a sentence fast when someone is dictating
