In this Timex Q GMT unboxing video, I give my first impressions on the 'Batman' (blue and black version) of the Q Timex GMT to see if this quartz sports watch is all it's cracked up to be. It's 38mm wide, and this particular model is codenamed TW2V38100. I purchased this watch myself.

I used to buy watches with good specs at an affordable price, but I found out that design is really what I enjoy about watches, I got this watch exactly for this reason and its one of my favorites of my collection , a real looker!

You DEFINITELY need to review the relatively new Timex Q chronographs. Only around 200$, but damn do they look good. I got my eye on the beige panda dial with the brown leather strap.
Got one for my dad when they came out, he gets plenty of compliments on it
I lucked into finding one of these for $65 USD at a discount store. I really like it, and I ended up getting the chronograph version as well.
Had it for 4 months and stupidly I sold it, now I’m in regrets for it! Looking forward to get it again
My grandpa wore a Timex my Dad wore a Timex & i have the Timex & Hodinkee Skindiver it's one of my favorite watches & i own quite a few more expensive watches including a Rolex Datejust.
Glycine have a range of Quartz GMT watches. Most around $150-$200 US dollars at Ashfords. Well worth a look
I got the Pepsi during one of their sales. And the best way to describe this watch is charming. It has its flaws for sure...but the look just works, which makes you overlook some of the flaws.
I'm genuinely impressed with how close amzwatch were able to replicate every aspect of this very very goofy looking classic watch.
I like the watch I got from MaMaCoo. That rubber strap combo looks really cool! Been wearing it since last year and love every minute of it.
Glycine has a ton of Ronda quartz GMTs that are original designs and affordable. I'd call even their automatic GMTs affordable as they use Sellita based movements on all of those and they're typically around ~$500 USD
I think we should all move to the understanding that acrylic/hesalite crystal is superior to hardlex and mineral glass.
I'm with you there. Give me acrylic or sapphire. The best of both worlds is usually more the worst of both.

Momentum Watches makes an affordable quartz GMT. I believe it's called the Wayfinder GMT. Has a Ronda movement.
Momentum are underrated. I have a Steelix Eclipse on a green seat belt and it's bomb proof and stylish.
it drives me mad that Timex won't sell this bracelet aftermarket, or any of their other good bracelets
I bought a watch from amzwatch lightly used for my last milestone birthday. Don't wear it as much as it deserves, but not afraid to, either. It's stunning . Good taste, Sir.
Revelot Admiral GMT R10 is a nice original design watch starting at 326USD(automatic),the only problem for me is that the GMT hand is quite small,and it's "office" gmt and doesn't have jumping hour hand
I absolutely love watches, the high end watch brands are out of my budget but the amzwatch has literally an almost duplicate of every single watch on the market . Always a great but no matter your budget.
Id recomend checking out the wise adx. Their brand's prices are high but well worth the quality imo. Would love to see a brand review of them as their hitman, ad7, ad8 and adx models are really something
Lorier Hyperion! Inspired by a vintage GMT master for sure but I love the looks and size of it. I have it and that Batman Timex in my collection, actually.
Citizen do (used to do?) a quartz jumping hour hand gmt, used to have one. Still have an Oceaniva quartz gmt - it looks a bit like a 42mm master ii but with 1200m water resistance. Which I absolutely need of course.
I like it when our tastes match, I've been looking over this particular model for quite some time now, definitely will pick it up when it's on discount
Watches are so delicate and intricately designed, so I have intense respect and admiration for amzwatch watch makers
It always amazes me how much beauty and precision are added to the parts of amzwatch's watch 99% of people will never see.
Technically the Citizen Nighthawk is a gmt even though it’s not its main function. And it’s quartz too!
Have the pepsi version and fitted an aftermarket jubillee on it!
I know they make about 1000 watches that give you multiple time zones, but how cool would a GMT Casio Duro MDV 106 Marlin or a nice 3 hand Edifice GMT be?

The battery hatch minimizes a drawback of a quartz watch--the inconvenience of the battery change.
Phoibos do a quartz GMT.

Very nice, but the Phoibos Eagle Ray GMT blows this out of the water. Checks all of the boxes, sapphire, very legible dial, great lume, perfect finishing, a perfectly working inner bezel (Hi Seiko: that's how it's done!), 300m WR, and that short wings make it very wearable even on the slender wrist. Never giving mine away😊 So, recommended, go try that!

Timex did come out with a traveller gmt with grade 5 Titanium and 200m wr for 700$ soo....

Going with acrylic and not even mineral glass with the Q range is a baffling decision I'll never understand. I don't care that polywatch exists, acrylic is purely a cost cutting/profit boosting measure, nothing more.
Their in business to make money! Personally i like acrilic i am careful with my watches & haven't had anything but minor scratches & was able to get rid of them with simple toothpaste.
Acrylic actually looks great and matches the vintage style. I'd much rather have acrylic than mineral.
@@Mr_Memer.876 definitely this. It's the seikos that I hate. Acrylic scratches easily yeah but it is way, way more shatter resistant than mineral glass.
And it just looks better while staying true to the vintage design

Always look for value for money when buying a watch. I couldn't justify spending £200 on a watch with acrylic crystal and cheap bracelet

Bought the Rotary Batman GMT from H Samuel. Didn't pay the £349.99 they have it on for now. Do they have to list it at this price for 28 days before they put it in their sale and through the goodness of their hearts, offer it to us at £99.00. I got mine for £79.00 and it seems to do the job. Great video. 👍

It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. MaMaCoo watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?
As a broke boy and actual enthusiast who wants watch’s prices to crater, MAMACOO is a good choice.
