I was 311 pound and lost my husband and decided I had to be here for my granddaughter I lost down to 154 I walked up to last year I walked five to ten mile a day but last March I lost my lefteg ti just below my knee I'm in process of getting my prosthetic boot and get back to walking i was still that big I'd be gone I had ten surgery's and hope to get my boot next month I praying but I dont give up

Just something that might help ask yourself if you have anything you are doing and want to Change to go another direction. If so.. act on it or just move on and forgive and forget. The hardest thing is to forgive ourselves though. But in order to heal we must do this.

Great job Stone, a little over a year ago I was 337 pounds and decided I had to do something and through diet and exercise 9 months to the day I was down to 194! I’m 52 and haven’t had abs since my early 20s lol Like you say if you put your mind to it nothing can stop you!!! 👍🏻💪🏻

@@bigfootnmore6619 I went from ~300 pounds or so down to ~180 (reason I’m not exactly sure on the numbers is because I didn’t wanna use scales, I didn’t want numbers to get in the way of what I was doing) and I did all that by honestly just dieting, I should have been working out but I just cut out all sugar (much as I physically could) drank water and cut my portion sizing down A LOT. It makes ya feel soooo much better getting that weight off. I’m currently 28 and my legs were killing me while working ( I run my own suspended ceiling company) and once I started getting rid of that extra weight I could tell a massive deference while working. You can do it I believe in you. It’s hard though not going to act like it isn’t. The hardest part is starting to be honest. Hope the best for you! You got this!

My husband served as a Marine. He let himself go. He had a heart attack at 45 years old. He lost 125lbs and I lost 75lbs. So thankful we found health. We are stewards of our bodies God gave us. We should take care of it.
We have a son with autoimmune encephalitis. His immune system attacks his brain. He was our motivation. We are believing for complete healing.
The entire Robertson family are one of the most spiritual family's you could ever follow. I've listened to them since there podcast/ TV shows.
I've learned so much from them
Hopefully I will join them at WFR

Si is looking rough these days. I love him so much I'm gonna be really tore up when he passes.
We have COPD. I diet. Fasting. But I've always had a weight problem. My whole life. I worked out as a Child and teen. Very active in PE. Love Sports. Music. Babysitter and house cleaning for my parents. Raising siblings. Multi tasking. Stuck At home with babies. Love Babies. The Farm Works.
I have lost a lot of weight through the years but not my main focus. I would put every child in a kick boxing class. It is self defense.

I'm sorry for being a Debbie downer but when I was a child/young man, where was God when I was molested? Where was he when I was almost killed on more then one occasion? If he gets the praise does he get the blame? I know he exits. Just wondering why was I forsaken ?
I'm saddened that no one responded to your question after all this time. I'm a believer but I'm probably not the best person to answer your questions but I'll try. I went through some things in my childhood that were similar to your experience. I have an understanding in my situation. I made it and I know what I went through as a child still goes on today. I worked in our court system as an adult and I know what I saw with the understanding how much is not reported? I got myself and family involved in church and youth ministry and also an after school program for young girls with the help of my adult friends. We introduced them all to our Lord and Saviour and gave them hope. Helping children seemed to help me in my adult life but I would not have been able to do this without HIM and other christian women. Forgiveness is priceless, you have to forgive the person that hurt you and for me I had to forgive myself because I felt dirty. I was not about to allow what happened to me to rule the rest of my life. I found God and I prayed for peace and the ability and strength to help our youth. You can have peace of mind from HIM and you will find comfort as well. I hope this helps. God Bless You!

This is a great show. But, UA-cam is still hosing you. I can’t remember the last time a commercial was less than 1 minute. Some as long as 5 minutes. I’m not going to stop watching and supporting because of it. I just hate to see you all lose out.
