When I run out of my home canned tomatoes I use store bought whole tomatoes and squish them with my clean hands. I’ve been making Swiss Steak for years and it’s always a hit. Turns out so tender. I use round steak. I’m going to try Miss Kay’s recipe too.
I love Miss Kay. I make it a point to watch anything she's on. What a great lady. I think this is my favorite episode so far.

I bet Si's mama was making Bread Pudding as you would make that with bread cubes and sweetened condensed milk and would be a nice Thanksgivings day dessert and would explain the confusion if she was making both bread pudding and bread stuffing/dressing at the same time, likely using the same bread cubes.

Oh my goodness... your poor doggie. My pitty blend tore her ACL. It's an expensive operation but our girl healed really well! It's hard to keep them still that's the tough part. Good luck and let us all know how she does! Sending prayers!
