Don’t use those toothbrushes. I got them once and while I was brushing all the bristles came off right inside my mouth. I had to keep my mouth open and pull them out without swallowing saliva as I could have choked.

Yes better to not clean the ear.. i had a bad experience and got fungi in my ear, suffered from hell pain ans hurt for long time
