Hi as a beginner I used it once a week for 2 months and then increased it to two times a week- that’s the maximum I’ve gone

Instead of retinol u can use reservetral serum from caudalie thats 3x more effective than retinol and it can be used both am&pm.

Retinol causes some initial purging and dryness after which your skin will adapt to using it regularly. This is normal and means it's working.
