@@carlitoskii As I've researched it's because the tretinoin is clearing the pores and sending junk above the skin with oil, it will take time to normalise this issue also it can be due to overdry skin due to tretinoin hence skin is producing more oil. Let's wait some weeks and hope she'll reply asap

retinoids increase the turnover of skin cells. This normally lasts 7-21 days.accordingly Tretinoin Purge, your skin might feel too dehydrated, and start over-producing oil. This is also very common and completely normal.Also most importantly please follow sandwich method and don’t forget forget your SPF
