Testing the trial loving it has already been a dream of thinking of this and here it is can't wait to get my teeth into it - no pun intended lol
It makes us so proud to be supporting you and the amazing Protruserati, Jaz. Here's to helping you all focus on patients and dentistry in clinic, and getting you home to families and loved ones after. 🦷🎙🗒 | 🏡👨👩👧👦🤗 Enjoy the peace of knowing you have a truly accurate master record of all the details you have shared with the patient, and AI has nailed your written notes for you.
Great experiment, video and podcast episode, as always. 🙏 (Ala & Adam)
Awesome!
This is really cool, i do wonder about battery life though... Maybe in the future we could hook the mic up to the same battery as the headlight
indeed - this is why I went Go II as I have 2 microphones. The receiver is plugged in to computer so always fully charged - the microphone is what can lose battery so having a spare is great
@@protrusive I've got the dji pocket 3 and the mic2 for my channel, which is great because I can use it as is or plug in a rode mic - i'll look into using the ai for notes - very cool! I suck at notes!
To compare the mics you should try them at the same distance.
I use a voice recorder on the patient tray table. The closer to the source, the better.
Røde is better and as lapel, much closer to you. I was actually more impressed the Yeti worked so well from distance.
Great demo though. Obviously it saves time and the problem with terminates is that they can seem ‘copied’.
At the moment use templates for the essential notes and keep the audio of my patient presentations.
If you rely on full transcript, you may accept something you didn’t say, once it’s in the clinical notes, it’s a legal document. As long as you still have clear audio, you can go back and hear what was said, which I think is essential as it shows patient engagement ( they will later forget part of the conversation ).
Great feature though and amazing it’s so accurate on dental language. Does it require any user specific training such as ‘dragon’ used to?
Hi Jaz.. for the Rode mic did you go for a single or dual connection
I have the dual because it's nice to have a fully charged spare as I rely on Jazmode a lot!
Hi Jaz
I absolutely hate when patients say “you never said that”. Does digital tco save the raw audio file ?
in 'Jazmode' yes! Jazmode is included in the Protrusive offer
how do you connect rode with digital TCO??
DigitalTCO runs on your web browser eg Chrome. First ensure that your browser has microphone permission.
Secondly, in your computer/laptop settings you can check the sound input, ensure the Rode is selected as your input (should happen automatically to be honest)
I have requested a feature where you may be able to select which microphone to use from WITHIN DigitalTCO
@@protrusive thank you Jaz!
@@protrusive that will be awesome to choose which mic
The blue yeti got your BPE score incorrect - added an extra 0!
Good spot! :)
