    Hey guys, it's Doctor Sebastian Gonzales. I'm going to show you how to resolve and decreased pain with some knee symptoms you might be having, especially runners if you had patellar tendonitis or Chondromalacia Patella or medial joint line tenderness, which often goes along with meniscal tears, or minuscule irritation. A lot of times skin rolling.

    Female Runners: does this describe your experience running?
    Marathon participation
    Weekly running distance (30-39 miles)
    Running on a concrete surface
    History of previous injury
    4 to 6 months of running experience
    Male Runners: does this describe you?
    Marathon participation
    Weekly running distance (20-29 miles)
    History of previous injury
    Recent return to running
    Running experience of 0-2 years
    If these describe your running experience, then you had better read this article. These gender-specific high-risk running profiles were not developed from thin air. Over 400 research articles written in recent years contributed data to describe what you’ve just read. Let’s not ignore what science has shown to be true.
    Hi, I’m Dr. Sebastian Gonzales. I own a rehab clinic in Huntington Beach, CA where we specialize in reduction of running overuse injuries.
    I’ve run many races from 5k’s to 1/2 Irons. I’ve experienced knee issues as a runner, just as you have, yet I’ve been fortunate to have a sports medicine educational background to trouble-shoot “what works and what doesn’t work” to heal many conditions like runner’s knee, patellar tendonitis, and meniscal irritation.
    How long does it take to recover? Everyone is a little different but if f I had to estimate:
    1/3 of the people I see feel 50% better within a matter of 30 minutes and are able to keep milage up, with slight suggestions.
    1/3 take roughly a month to get back into their desired milage, with a more focal warm-up/ cool down.
    The last 1/3 are more complex cases and can take months.
    Don’t get me wrong, the complicated ones aren’t broken. I still have them train in some way, shape or form within the first week. Typically, I start them with resistance training.

    Omg this really works ..I been searching far and wide to relieve this pain in my knee , and this skin pinch roll technique has really helped me in a big way , I did this for at least 15-20 twenty mins like my life depended on it ..and my inner knee pain is gone , my knee was in severe pain, I had like a pinching feeling on the inside of my knee,and it was tender by the touch , and now that ive done this simple technique, im not experiencing no more pain.     This 100% worked for me. Slightly tweaked my knee and it had be bothering me for about a week. Did this in the evening and by morning knee was much improved. Real deal!

    It actually worked for me! I had back pains due to overloading my deadlifts. The back pain went away after 2 week but I didnt know it was related to my knee pain!

    Oh my goodness! I've gone 4 weeks in extensive pain in my knee, I cant see my doctor until Monday. I came across this and it helped! I'm gonna keep doing this until I see my doc so I could get a little more detailed idea of what's going on. Thank you! I cant explain the relief I feel right now!

      Honestly, I dont really k ow what I did to my knee. All I can think of eas the one time I stretched and something g in my knee kind felt like it tore and it didnt hurt right away. I was perfectly fine. I went to a comedy show with my friend. I walked up down stairs just fine and the minute we left the.building I notice pain in my leg it almost automatically affected my ability to walk. Anyways I just limped my way to my friends car and on the way home the burning and bee sting like sting intensified. By time I got to my destination I needed help getting out of the car and walking. That night was rough sleeping and the next day it calmed down but yet very stiff. Since then it's been a.rollercoaster. usually gets a little better during the day and then the pain flares up extensively at night. At least that's the way 9t was for the two weeks. Now it's just an ongoing bee sting on the inner side of my knee. I hope I get this figured out with the help of my doctor.

      yep,, but remember as I said in the video, this is not a "fix." It is just step 1. The remainder of the steps help to restore function of the entire limb, which tends to reduce re-occurance... at least that what we think :)

    I injured my lower back 20 months ago and have always had nerve pain down the leg ever since which comes and goes, mild level but weird feeling.

    All I can say is thank you. I will definitely be trying this. I just ordered 2 of your ebooks and will be ordering the diy treatment video for the knee next paycheck. I’m willing to try almost anything affordable at this point. I keep getting denied MRI’s and can’t afford 6 weeks or more of physical therapy even with my insurance. I’m very hopeful. 🤞

    Ive already tried this rolling skin coz ive had inner knee pain and started PT last december 18 and this method really worked for me and i do it several times a day especially in the morning before i start with my usual house chores.. im thankful i found your video .. its a great help thank you so much!

      @@Performance-Place-chiropractor eversince i started last december the pain slowly decreased and i am able move at ease now.. there is still a little pain though specially when i go up the stairs or take long walks.. i plan to continue till my knee pain stopsi

    I did the skin rolling and it was
    crunchy! 🤣 and a day or two later it bruised. Pain was gone instantly, and hasn’t returned. Great stuff

    Great video! If I was in your area I would definitely come to your practice. I don't yet know if the skin rolling will help as I just watched this video. But explained exactly what I suspect my problem is and I am sure I spine hinge and don't hip hinge as much as I should on the same side as my sore knee. I will try the skin rolling but also agree 100% with what you have said. I need to address the problem. Thanks!

    I was involved in an accident a few years ago and suffered brutal injuries; my bones came out of my knee cap. Recently I've had extreme pain in the knee cap.
    I tried your suggestion and it did ease the tightness in my leg but, the pain stemming from a point on my knee cap is still the same.
    It was lovely to feel some relief from the tightness so, Thank you 💖

    Thank you so much for this video! I am 69, have always exercised, had arthroscopic surgery at age 34 for runners knee and double meniscus and was told I must stay thin after that or face replacement. I did stay thin until I got Lyme disease and was misdiagnosed for over 20 yrs. Every drug put on more weight. I am now losing it on the Paleo diet, and have slowly increased my previous 20 mins. daily exercise up to an hour of walking or light aerobic dance. The right knee started hurting on the inside and my CRP soared. Xray was normal. Can't take NSAIDS. Docs offer nothing. Pain so bad I'm not sleeping and limping. This rolling exercise stopped 90% of it immediately! I traced it to my bulging lumbar discs (4) by pressing on the most painful place in my back, which caused the painful knee to burn again after the rolling relived it. I have the worst right sided piriformis issue the DC had ever seen, so will up my exercises for that to help the knee. Hugely helpful!

      I live & work in Germany.
      Do to my dayli job as a postman, I deliver packages, sometiimes in apartements on the 5th floor situated in old buildings which are not provided with elevator. 30 kg. My o my. It is a disaster. In crisis times like this I've lost my previous job. So I am forced to accept this kind of Hobson's choice. A tremendous accute inner knee pain came on me suddenly the last days. To add salt to my plague, the Boss told me if I could work even during my day off. Since I am fresh new hired, and I wanna give him a positive impression, my answer was - "yes, of course" - greeding my teeth. Anyway.
      With all do respect there's this german Doc. that explains in many videos diferent ways on how to relief pain knee.
      He sreams and yellows and gesticulates with his hands, and has in addition, for istance, a beautiful lady who makes every exercise he says her to do .... (poor lady) 😂
      None of those videos works, or at least for me. So I asked to myself. "Why just not prove an english video on the same topic?" So did I. The very first video..... and Bang!!!!! The improvement was immediate. Thanks a lot. Good job. Thumb up.

    I have been in agony with a pin point inner knee pain for weeks. I saw your video, thought I'll try....didn't notice anything for first few rolls. Then within thirty seconds the pin point pain eased. After a minute the pain went, just have soreness which isn't painful. Your further education really helped to understand what has caused the pain.
