The JDM rear bumper really makes the Evo IX complete. I always hated the USDM Evo which looks a lot less special from the back with the chunky & plain looking bumper without the diffuser.
That car has been listed for so long. The price is so high though. I am happy to see it in a video though, and it looks beautiful in that WW color, one of the best colors that Mitsubishi made.
Always preferred the Evos over the STIs. The 7 was always my favorite but that's mainly styling. And DAMN this is one of the cleanest examples I've ever seen!

Such an amazing car, I normally don´t like Japanese/Asian cars in general, but there are such amazing exceptions like this or the WRX or some other Japanese rally cars.

the evo ix spoiler inner and outer sections aren't made of cf. only the fin is. but the evo vii-viii spoilers are entirely made of cf ... they changed it for the ix...

At the 2020 Kansas City Car Show I saw a Modified 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer EVO IX MR with borla exhaust and a stock wing and a new 3.8L twin turbo V6 putting 1001 horsepower @8psi and 633 pound feet. It had a wide screen and a red metallic exterior paint and the wheels were grayish black I dont know what color interior color was black it had carbon a momo steering wheel and sparco seats and bbs wheels and there is air vents in the back and you got Bose speakers. And TVs on the back of the seats. And a car seat?.
