Overconsumption of Polyunsaturated fatty acids are the main reason why you see this lumpy, skin dimpling
These fats are difficult to metabolize, they're stored in adipose tissue, and they can stay sequestered in your fat cells for quite some time
The first thing you need to do is eliminate PUFA consumption as much as possible. So no more ultra-processed processed food no refined oils especially if you go out to eat at restaurants
Replace your PUFAconsumption with saturated fats from butter, ghee, tallow, coconut oil, red meats, and eggs. Limit chicken and pork since they contain higher quantities of PUFA
Detox your liver by not drinking alcohol. Your liver needs to be healthy to better metabolize these fats
Make sure you're getting appropriate amounts of fat-soluble vitamins A,D,E, and K. These are highly underrated, especially vitamin E, and get more sun to get vitamin D.

My cellulite literally disappeared over 8 months of constant HIIT workouts + 2 days of week lifting (only lift for leg\glute) I also cut junk food completely. I make sure the first thing I put in my mouth is protein, I’ve been religiously eating OIKOS 15/20g protein everyday, adding nuts cinnamon and honey to change it up everyday. I thought I’d live with them forever

But are you a woman? Or man? I’ve seen any amount of working out effect men dramatically (👍🏻) but women can do the same or more and still they have cellulite in those tough places while being fit everywhere else 🙈

Mine is always there when I pinch my thigh and I'm never have issue with my weight, not showing doesn't mean it's not there. Try to pinch your thigh and see is it really gone or not.
I eat plant based, no processed food and don’t drink alcohol or any other sugar drinks for several years. It doesn’t remove cellulite even though my body has become much learner. What I can say though is that removing oil from your diet does slim you down very fast, you reduce in size but cellulite remains :) at least it is the case for me

I do 3 time of weightlifting, 2 times cardio and daily more tha 10.000 steps a day.

Make sure to eliminate bad oils though. Mono and polyunsaturated fats aren’t nearly as detrimental to health compared to saturated fats or god forbid trans fat which is still in so much food at the grocery store. Good old FDA.
Also I should mention how everyone is different. Cookie cutter approaches are nonsense, some people metabolize fats differently than others due to genetics.
To get rid of cellulite you need in-office dermatologist treatments and to do strength training and squats
cellulite is most influenced my the different tissue structure of women VS men. Essentially in design terms, women have a more criss cross patter which allows fat deposits to come through and be more visible. Eating health and exercising is always great but don't feel badly for having cullulite. You are beautiful
I have only ate a whole foods diet with no sugar for over a decade now and i also workout. Yet the cellulite persists for me. I don't think its a bad idea to eat healthy but there's more at play when it comes to cellulite. Like genetics and hormones.

I was on a raw juicing diet for 6 months due to health reasons and i walked 30 mins a day . Thats literally the only thing that removed my cellulite. After i healed and no longer needed to be raw juicing i went back to eating healthy ( no pufas ) no gluten no fadt food and ate like he says . My vitamin d is high as am fair living in egypt in the sun alot . Vitamin E and A good too C too . Have no heakth issues and look amd feel healthier than i did in ten years. But!!! Once i went back to eating and not just living on raw juice and fruit eating diet, the cellulite came back . Will i go raw again ? Maybe . Was i misrable on it ? Absolutely. Did my body look stunning, absolutely. Am i happier now despite having the cellulite back? Absolutely. Am sharing ny experience in case it helps someone. 😊❤

It’s a also hormonal problem. Taking gelatin or collagen in addition to removing PUFA from diet and regular exercise helps reducing cellulite.

@@MA-xd9zl i had it on my thighs from eating like a pig and working nights. Ended up leaving that job switching to day shifts i drink a shit ton of water and started working out regularly - nothing extreme just lifting weights an a day or maybe 2 if i have time of cardio a week

So maybe that factors in.
Trust me. I know genetics play parts in certain areas of peoples bodies. But u can achieve things u want. Its just hard. Its meant to be hard thats why it takes months, years to get a tip top physique.

Have been following strict healthy diet with all the healthy fats and low carbs for about 20 years. Have been taken supplements for 15 years. Exercising regularly. My life is basically a torture trying to do all the health things. My cellulite is worse than ever 🤦♀️.
90-95% of women have cellulite. it is perfectly normal. women have to have a higher fat percentage than men and lots of women carry that fat in very specific areas. unless you're overweight or obese, you're fine!

You have no idea. Ive done all this and never got rid of it. I even had Cellulite when i was underweight. My mother never had cellulite. So its kinda luck or no luck.

It’s the fibrous tissue netting over your fat that everyone has and sometimes the fat can push through that net and make bumps. It’s a normal body occurrence. Subcutaneous fat is normal and so is that fibrous tissue. Everyone has fat no matter what and this is completely normal to have.
Cellulite started to dissappear for me on carnivore diet. I guess I worked hard over the years to create them, so it will need some time do dissappear too. But this is month 10 on this diet, no more vegetable oils here, most of the cellulite is already gone. And the pervantage of my body fat also got reduced a lot.
I saw in another video to it 2-3 yrs of high protein, zero seed oils, before our body fully releases that stored fat. I hv just started on the journey. 😅

Has anyone here gotten their thyroid checked? I actually heard from another UA-camr who's gotten her thyroid checked everytime she has cellulite and her thyroid numbers are always imbalanced. I also have cellulite and I'm in the healing process of hypothyroid. I currently eat a lot of meat and a select few plant carbs.

I think he means processed chicken and pork meat. If you eat clean and preferably organic meat it shouldn't be a problem. All meat that is covered in spices and marinades have pufas. Usually canola oil.

I think my estrogen just shoots up when pregnant. I'm 8 months postpartum now and no signs of cellulite anymore for months...

All you said is crap, I'm literally addicted to crisps and have them 3 tines a week or more since dunno 15 years, and have little cullulite, much less than my sister and cousin who first one is a dancing instructor (size34) and the other have always eaten healthily (also size 34). I'm 36, so yeah it's almost pure genetics. A yes, also they're very active, I'm a couch potato.
