YES very sure of Dr.alishrooms. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, BPD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

Definitely first onions then garlic and no Bloody lime.
I'd saute onions, add mushrooms and salt them instantly to force water out. After water is gone I'd push all to the side of dish and add garlic, as soon as you smell garlic (less then a min) mix and maybe add White wine but not the Bloody lime or vinegar.
I bet you if you do it this way it Will taste better.
Add the salt last or you end up steaming them instead of sautéing them.
@@suasponte6002 Tried many times, different mushrooms, they mostly start releasing water straight away, salted or not.
Max heat is the key. Sauteing starts when water evaporates, then lower heat a bit...

First time cooking mushrooms. Had most of the ingredients except for the coriander that I don’t even know what it is. So I replaced with cilantro. My sister love it.
