    Yep, there's no future with a partner who's lazy and without any future plans. The sooner you cut that cord, the better off you'll be. Glad you've learned your own lesson and walk away at your time. No regrets and keep your eyes on the prize.

    My ex was the same too. He couldnt hold a job and care more about his friends and being lazy. Doesnt help me out on household chores or watches our baby. I pay rent and insurance while he is out and about with his friends. When he need $, he would ask me to go withdrawl the $$ i save up working at fast food prior to getting married from my parent. On top of that he also cheated. After 2yrs of marriage, i took my child and left that bum. He still lives with his parents to this day.
    Im glad you left..you definitely made the right choice bc that is not a husband. He is a leech. Glad your life is better now

    Sister…I am happy for you that you were able to have the mental power to leave your ex. Some women can’t do that so they still live in a miserable marriage especially husbands that don’t work and gambling addicts. Regardless of what his family said, they were in denial and biased. Its their son and brother of course they have to be biAsed.

    That’s why it’s important to know who you’re marrying and what you want in a spouse before marrying them. You may be in a better place now but the children always lose in a divorce.

    • @krsclis
      @krsclis 9 місяців тому

      Not always. I feel that staying in a relationship like this and that of an abusive one just sets the kids up for failure. OP appears to be strong enough to hold her own and teaching her kids the value of hard work. It might be more detrimentally negative for the kids if the OP had stayed.

      @@krsclis it’s always a loss on some way regardless of how good it looks on the outside why? What children want two mom/two dads/Two homes? What children want to chose which side to be on? Which children want to not have their mother or father when they need them? Which children wouldn’t rather their own biological father or mother to love them over a stranger?
